The Hoochie Sessions.

Had to put my spin on some James Brown.

“Make It Funky”

Figured it was time to put the whole session on here.

It’s my 36th Birthday✨ Grateful for the body that carries me, the life that fulfills me, and the journey that continues to shape me. 🎂♎️

Cheers to another year of being strong enough to chase my dreams and healthy enough to enjoy the journey. 🥂🤍

My husband, who shares a birthday with me, somehow still manages to make the day all about *me* and treats me like a princess. He surprised me with a birthday cake, and it was the highlight of my day. 🥰

Lots to celebrate! 10/8✨

Yesterday I had the honor of finishing the season strong by having my pro debut at the largest natural bodybuilding show in the world @ocbyortoncup !✨

Placing 5th in Class H at my pro debut in a stacked class of 8 beautiful stallions, among the best of the best, is such a huge a win. I still can’t believe that I even placed. 🥹

My heart is full, and I am overcome with gratitude. I’m so proud of myself for seeing this season through, all the lows and highs. Each outcome continues to make me the stronger competitor I am today.

I want to thank those who continue to support me through what I love to do. I’m having so much fun living a dream that I’ve had for so long and your support means the world.

That’s a wrap for this season! I look forward to more pro shows later but for now, time to improve, keep building, and enjoy life with balance 🤎

Gratitude. 🙏🏾

Just going to post a single picture of my event last night…for now. I had the pleasure to DJ for a family that I call friends of my family. Jim, who is the Dad in this pic speaking, is my “work dad” his oldest daughter Caleigh and Husband Tyler had a wedding reception that caused so many emotions I was thinking this was my top 2 favorite. Jim and I were both able to see and hear about our families grow up to be part of this was so humbling. To my partners in the DJ team, Dan the Man, DJ Riel, and Brandon, thank you brothers!

On August 15, I had the honor of winning my Pro Card, becoming a professional OCB Bikini Competitor✨ I am still processing the outcome of this weekend. There is so much believing before seeing in this sport and when you finally see your dream come to life, it hits different. 🥹

🥇1st Place Bikini Masters Pro Card Win 🏆
🥈2nd Place Open Bikini class B ✨
🏆Team Titanium won the Team Champion Award 2x

A very special thanks to my brilliant, phenomenal coach @tiffanyvanncole_ifbbpro who pours into me and believed in me from the start. She’s the magic behind the muscle!

My team, the strong and beautiful ladies of @titanium_fitbous . It is truly an honor being apart of something so special.

My parents, sisters and friends who believes in me, regularly check in on me, understand and respect the grind, and still love me the same by showing up in many ways. You keep me lifted, and I love y’all deep.

An honorable mention for my number one supporter and my real life superman my husband @dtatemusic the greatest blessing of all whose sunshine clears the dark clouds away. “I am, because you are.”

Thanks to all of them, this sport is far from lonely.

As I reflect on every detail that has lead me to becoming an OCB Bikini Pro, I can’t help but to be excited for what’s to come in the pro league. But for right now, I am embracing this feeling and taking it all in.
