For Drew, player development is more than drills and mechanics — it’s about understanding each player as a person. When coaches take the time to listen, communicate honestly, and earn trust, players become more open to learning, growing, and buying into the process.#sfgiants⚾️#baseballcoach⚾️ #milb #podcastclips by @dtmrtnez4489
