Ella, 2009-2026. Gone but not forgotten. I love you little gray, and as heartbroken as I am today I know that you’re somewhere with no more pain, no confusion, and no fear. I will see you again when I cross that bridge many, many years from now. Until I get there, rest easy, and don’t let Buddy sneeze on you too much. by @dtress89

Kudos to the super talented @monicas_tattoos of @revolutiongallerytattoos for making me property of the Umbrella Corporation. Resident Evil has been one of my favorite video game series since I first played the original game as a child. If you don’t know your Resident Evil lore (and shame on you if you don’t), Umbrella was the company responsible for the viral outbreaks that created all manner of zombies and mutants. They were defeated offscreen but eventually came back, keeping the name but with a modified logo, in an attempt to combat the horrors they helped unleash. Keeping the form, or essence, of you who are, but trying to be better and atone for your past…it speaks to me. Happy 30th anniversary, @residentevil #residentevil #videogames #tattoos #zombie #umbrella by @dtress89
