Zheng Xue, "Seeds" (2026, acrylic on canvas, 16 x 20 in. $1499). @zheng_art

This circular abstract painting links the genesis of the universe and cellular growth through nested vortex structures. The innermost layer evokes the primordial singularity of the Big Bang as well as the nucleus of a single embryonic cell.

Layers of blue and green ripple outward — the expansion of cosmic spacetime mirroring the outward proliferation of dividing cells. Star formation and cellular growth stem from the same origin: vast galaxies are colossal lifeforms, while tiny cells each contain a miniature cosmos.

From Suspensions at Gallery 913, on view through Dec 1. Visits by appointment — link in bio.

Lisa Ludwig, "Common Body," panel from the Living Paintings series (2026, mixed media on paper. Price on request). @lisamarieludwig

Separated from the larger Living Painting for the first time, this panel hangs suspended between fragment and whole — between identities, between continuity and change. The work moves between the microscopic and the monumental: cells, bodies, neighborhoods, landscapes.

Anchoring the main wall of Suspensions. On view through Dec 1 at Gallery 913. Visits by appointment — link in bio.

Throwback to two weeks ago, at A Matter of Time, curated by @matteblack.labs. I showed and spoke about the infamous loading sign, which exactly matched the theme. Much heartfelt gratitude to @matteblack.labs for including my work :) taken in St. Lydia's by @dualityindustries

Untitled. 24x36in, acrylic on canvas. Inspired by the rounded rectangles and pastel hues of modern UI design, this painting explores the talented human hand that chooses to erases itself. A natural, modern evolution of Rothko and Ellsworth Kelly--with hard edges and thin bezels. Right in time for Rothko's birthday! #contemporaryart #abstractart #acrylic #artbuyer #artcollector #dualityindustries #rothko by @dualityindustries
