Every career has a defining moment and for Duane Lawrence, it started with a sketch.
During his Cohort #4 interview, Duane reflected on how a college project featuring his favorite player, Gary Payton, helped him earn a coveted internship at Nike in 2003.
As he revisited his original sketches, he also shared the journey that followed working on footwear concepts for athletes like Dwyane Wade and Klay Thompson.
✨ Success doesn't happen overnight. It starts with putting your ideas on paper, staying consistent, and trusting the process.
