[NOW AVAILABLE ON VGEN!!]
hello! as promised, I am opening commissions for the first time in a while. wanted to make this sheet look as good as possible so it took a couple of weeks (pre hiatus of course)

some new things:
- pricing has been updated. regional pricing is OK and will be adjusted.
- there is now a loyalty card! if you've commissioned me before, then you get 5% off your second time round
- no slot system (only applies to digital works)

other than that, I'm more than happy to work on making your ideas come to life ♡ please reach out to me on here or via email so we can get on it ! thank you so much for your support ♡

super proud of angelhub and very happy this sea angel-inspired creature managed to find a home in the digital spaces. their light dims when feeling threatened

the embroidery is actually by alaa (@slm82309 ), who is a tatreez artist who needs to support herself & her children, as well as to restart her art practice.
it's featured on her page (it took a while to draw to the best of my ability)

many of her family members/relatives have been k!lled especially over the past two weeks. 20+ relatives lost. she frequently posts about it on her story, and it's horrifying to see how much grief she has to go through everyday

i've been getting into contact with her via messages + seeing her collaborators posts. she tells me that she's scared that she will be the one on the news next. she wants to restart her art practice, the supplies are too expensive. much of the conditions she's living in don't allow her to do it to the fullest extent.

please make sure that this doesn't happen to her and/or her children by supporting her through her 🔗

got inspired by the millennial optimism trend and drew one of my favourite characters if she was posting in the early to mid 2010s
canonically she is in 1975 but this is my account so...

with all due respect. WHO IS THIS 😭😭😭😭😭 and she's supposed to be costa rican canonically.

anyway shoutout to my friends niah and lei for listening to me yap on voice call for 4 hours

a snippet of my sydney trip zine, currently stocked at @fontella_the_zine_machine during their september showcase

the actual zine is mixed media, with my own photos and oil pastel (this version was finished digitally to make things easier)

happy late birthday to ri, born on the 5th of september. ri was the ringleader, and that's all she knew how to be. at this point, only she has been given a nickname by the others that identifies her clearly.
these days, she keeps her life private and is teaching choreography at a performing arts school.

the second of the three mermaids commissioned by kevin (thank you!) ♡ this one is a rainforest mermaid, which is rare to see in mermaid media for some reason??? anyway. had a lot of fun drawing her...and this got approved by my mum too.

sprite details, r.u. taking the time to finish some last minute details and just rendering the colours on the outfit was hard. a bit out of my comfort zone but it's all worth it for the game. #artdetails #digitalpainting #characterdesign #adohvn #oc

she finally found peace within herself instead of still trying to hold everyone+everything together. three cheers for ri!!!!! by @dulcetnadas
