The landscape IS the identity. 🪐 @lava_amsterdam merged the physical and digital with the tactile and organic surroundings for Orbit Festival 2026. They turned portraits into 3D, using AI-generated depth maps to give them new dimension. Flora from the site was scanned through photogrammetry, then sculpted in Blender: natural textures reworked in the colours and graphic language of the identity. And they built something of their own: a custom WebGL tool that turns letterforms and objects into 3D landscapes. Depth and movement, woven through portraits, flora, video, photography, gradients and type. by @dutchdigital
