As of today, The Sophs debut album “GOLDSTAR” is officially out. Every person that I’ve met, whether through the creation of this band, the production of the record, or even just friends of friends etc, I am forever grateful for the opportunity to be included in this world of music and friendship and to be able to work with and be surrounded by such talented and lovely people.

I hope that if you’re seeing this post you take some time to check out some or all of the songs on this record and I hope you find some way to connect with it as it means so much to me and the rest of the guys ❤️ @sophsesque taken in Los Angeles, California by @dvnruss

I haven’t even made an actual ig post since the last time I released music and for that I am not enthused. There’s been a ton of changes in my life recently and some more really big ones happening really soon which have me excited as heck and also a little scared/sad but ultimately this next lil chapter is gonna be so incredible and wild and this has me feeling like I need to let go of a lot of things, some of which include songs that I’ve been working on. Letting them go helps me feel like I can move on musically and emotionally and I still have a ton of music yet to be released, but this is a start!! I also want to be more active on socials so I’m gonna try to do that. Thanks for reading this if you did and thanks for listening if you did or are going to!! Anywayyyyyy the link is in my bio if you’re interested 🐇⛳️✨🩵❤️ taken in Orlando, Florida by @dvnruss

My ep is out and I’m really excited to let go of it!!
I spent soooo much time with these songs trying to figure out how to mix, working on finding what kind of music I want to make, realizing how much goes into a project, also realizing that it’s okay to trash everything and start over. Double also realizing that I am actually fucking obsessed with making music and it is very very clearly my passion. With that, I truly cant tell how I feel about this release. I’m so happy to be sharing a side of myself with others that people don’t really know or see, and I know that at one point, I was stooooked for every song on the ep while working on each one. Though, the longer I wait the less they seem to represent me or what it is that I’m interested in creating. Regardless, I’m very grateful for the time this album and I spent together, and I’m looking forward to my time away from it!! 🎉🎊✨🍾👍😎✨😌🥺🥹👀✂️🛴🛴🛴🛴🛴🛴🛴🛴🛴🛴🛴 ALSO ALSO ALSO SPECIAL THANK YOU TO MY FRIEND @calebabbottmusic he recorded an amazing saxophone solo for ‘look away’ and I’m so grateful to have worked with him!!! DOUBLE TRIPLE QUADRUPLE ALSO thank you to my love @leanna_dude for supporting the HECK out of me at all times I literally do not stop writing or mixing or car-testing or recording or even thinking about music and I’m obnoxious about it and she puts up with me all the time and I LOVE HER AND APPRECIATE HER WOW THIS POST IS SOOOOO LONGGGG OKAY SO if anyone is still reading this, thank u so much and if u happen to listen to the album HAVE A GREAT DAY AND ALSO IF U DIDNT taken in Orlando, Florida by @dvnruss
