Firstly, all glory to God.
First meet in over a year I can truly be proud of. No, the combo rack will not be going in my kitchen, but going 9/9 and deadlifting ≈ 800 lbs is a huge accomplishment.

My coach @1repmethods has had my back for years now and is a huge part of why I’m still competing after 4+ years on the platform.

We got the best gym community in the world here @pwrbldgym and I’m so glad I can be apart of it. I had so many friends and gym goers come out and support me. We got the best community around and it’s gonna keep on growing ❤️ by @dweisman_

@1repmethods is my first and only coach - he’s always setting me up for success and we had another great meet yesterday w a squat and bench PR. I’m so blessed to be where I am - back healthy and feelin strong again😝
