Throwback to this fresh and airy kitchen 🍃🤍 ㅤ This kitchen is a masterclass in balance. Featuring stunning Crystal Cabinets, it perfectly blends color, proportion, and material. The soft green provides just the right amount of contrast, while the crisp white uppers and warm wood island keep the room feeling airy and inviting. We love how the design frames the room's architecture, allowing the natural light and warm textures to have their moment. ㅤ Ready for your dream cabinets? Throwback to one of last years homes showcased at the Fall Artisan Home Tour! ㅤ This project is a great example of how the right exterior materials can completely shape the architecture. H Windows bring in expansive glass with a crisp, modern profile, while Trespa cladding adds depth, durability, and a strong architectural finish to the exterior. ㅤ We love working with products that allow architects and designers to push the details a little further—and we’re excited to be part of this year’s tour again (this time showcasing some of our other products 😉). ㅤ Keep an eye out for other DWELL44 products featured in Home #12 and Remodel #R21. ㅤ Windows & Siding: DWELL44 Design+Build: @sustainable9 Architect: @unfold_architecture ㅤ #ArtisanHomeTour #HWindows #Trespa #ArchitecturalWindows #ExteriorCladding #ModernArchitecture #CustomHomeDesign #ArchitecturalDetails #ModernHomeExterior #MinnesotaArchitecture #TwinCitiesDesign #DWELL44 by @dwell44showroom

What does custom furniture truly mean? ✨ Swipe to see the transformation! ㅤ We changed a lot of details to take this sofa from its original frame to a beautifully customized piece. We couldn't do it without our vendors encouraging us to bring these custom details to life! ㅤ @crlaine: Consider this our formal request to make this customized sofa a standard in-line offering, and name it the "Ali" (our stylish client's name)—which also happens to be a fun play on "Callie", the original silhouette name. 😉 ㅤ Which custom detail is your favorite? Let us know in the comments! 👇 ㅤ #Dwell44 #ModernDesignShowroom #CustomMade #DesignDetails #CrLaine #Bespoke #DesignInspiration #ModernDesign #ModernLiving #AmericanMade #ElevatedHomeDesign #showroom #minnesota #CustomFurniture #CustomSofa #BespokeFurniture #CustomUpholstery #FurnitureMakeover #FurnitureDesign #UpholsteryLife #TailoredFurniture #ForeverPiece #Linensofa by @dwell44showroom

A huge thank you to @dwell44showroom for sponsoring Shell Lake Cabin on the @homesbyarchitectstour and supplying the windows for this project. The windows are an integral part of the design, carefully positioned to frame the lake and surrounding woods, bring natural light into the cabin, and blur the boundary between indoors and out. From the dramatic three-sided windows within the A-frame to the more intimate openings throughout the home, each creates a unique connection to the landscape. We’re so grateful to @dwell44_showroom for helping bring this vision to life—and to AIA Minnesota, our clients, sponsors, and volunteers for making this year’s tour possible. Haven’t had a chance to see Shell Lake Cabin yet? The virtual tour is open through October 4! Head to the AIA Homes by Architect Tour to explore the home and take a closer look at the design, materials, and story behind this special project. #Twelve12Architecture #Twelve12Design #ShellLakeCabin #AIAHomesByArchitect #HomesByArchitectTour #Dwell44Showroom #WisconsinArchitecture #CabinArchitecture #AFrameArchitecture #SustainableDesign #LakeHouseDesign by @dwell44showroom

Imagine a good book, a fresh cup of coffee, and a quiet morning tucked into the window seat. ㅤ Lincoln Windows help turn the view into part of the room, creating a cozy place to slow down and take it all in. Windows do a lot more than frame a view, they can help define the architecture. ㅤ For this Scandinavian-inspired home—clean black frames, large glass, and thoughtfully proportioned openings give the facade its modern rhythm while bringing plenty of natural light into the space. ㅤ While we love how they look, performance is just as important. These windows are triple-pane, making them energy efficient, and were selected to compliment the home's sustainable design. Making these able to handle everything a Minnesota climate can throw at them. ㅤ Looking to get a quote for your windows? Designed with the architect in mind. This is one of the first homes to integrate this line from @quartzluxurywindows , and the detailing is what makes it stand out. Slimmer sightlines reduce visual obstruction, allowing the glass and architecture to take priority while keeping the interior feeling minimal and intentional. The space also features an @h_window_company lift-and-slide door, reinforcing the seamless connection between indoors and out while keeping the overall detailing minimal and refined. It is the kind of subtle detail that can completely change how a space is experienced—and exactly why we love working with products that give architects and designers more freedom to execute their vision. ㅤ Windows & Doors: DWELL44ㅤ Builder: @sustainable9 Interior Design: @sustainable9 Architect: @stranddesign Photography: @spacecrafting_photography ㅤ #DWELL44 #ModernDesign #IndoorOutdoorLiving #ModernArchitecture #HWindowCompany #LuxuryHomes #DesignInspiration #QuakerWindows by @dwell44showroom
