🏆 DYFED LEAGUE DIVISION 1 CHAMPIONS! 🏆

✅ What a way to finish a monumental season for the Carmarthen Golf Club & Driving Range Tigers team! 🐯

⛳ A big away win against Tenby on Saturday set up a huge head-to-head against Haverfordwest for the league title.

✅ Carmarthen went into the match with a one-point lead, meaning we needed a win at home to secure the championship.

🏌️ The match started with Haverfordwest taking an early lead, winning the first two matches, although the opening match went right down to the wire.

With most of the remaining matches hanging in the balance, the team stood up to the challenge when it mattered most. 💪

Six consecutive wins followed, securing a fantastic 6–2 victory and, with it, the Dyfed League Division 1 title! 🏆

✅ This victory completes the double for the Tigers, following our success in the Jeff Harries Bowl earlier in the season. What an incredible achievement and what a season it has been! 🐯🏆🏆

✅ From the team captain, Daniel Sears, a huge well done and thank you to everyone who has represented the team throughout the season. Your commitment, effort and support for the club have been second to none, and today was the reward you all deserved.👏👏

A massive thank you also goes to everyone who came out to support the team today and throughout the season. Your backing has made a huge difference, and this truly has been a club effort from start to finish.
