3 Year Anniversary on the rise. 🖤 @heelsandfeels.dc Dancing has always been therapeutic for me— I’m good for a creative outlet, whether it be dance, music, painting, exercising.. you name it. birthday dump, dym day big twenty9 ayeee.💋🖤🐆..Grateful doesn't even begin to cover it. 🤍This year's theme was cheetah/leopard print... and I'd say it fit perfectly. A little wild, a little bold, and full of adventure and a pop of color.🍒My birthday was everything I needed.. a full day of good vibes, exploring the city, genuine laughter, and feeling celebrated by so many beautiful people. My heart is so full.To everyone who called, texted, posted, commented, or sent love online... thank you. A year ago, I was giving myself permission to slow down.🫶🏾Yesterday, we were nearly sold out again. 🤸🏽‍♀️😭🖤✨Heels & Feels Dance Class ✨ x Twerk Feels FitnessWomen I’ve never met before walked through those doors nervous, shy, and unsure if they belonged there.By the end of class, women who almost didn’t come were already talking about coming back. 🤪✨And something else happened this week that made me smile...I booked my first private 1-on-1 lesson of the season. 👠💫🎉Not because someone wanted to become a professional dancer.Because she wanted confidence.Because she wanted content.Because she wanted to feel good in her body again.That hit me.What started as “I just want to teach a dance class” is slowly becoming a community of women choosing themselves for an hour each week.Women showing up scared and leaving stronger.As a creator, dancer, and business owner, that’s something I’ll never take for granted.Thank you to every person who has attended a class, shared a flyer, tagged a friend, sent a DM, or trusted me enough to step outside their comfort zone. 🖤We’re just getting started. ✨ JULY CALENDAR COMING SOON.📆✨ by @dymonddesi
