✨ It feels like perfect timing to reintroduce myself.

I’m Ester — wife, mama of four, coach, guide… and a woman who is still becoming, too. 🤍

I’ve been in the coaching space for years, but lately I’ve felt myself being called into a deeper and more authentic version of the work I’m here to do.

Life transitions have a way of doing that, don’t they? They strip away some of the noise and invite us to ask: What’s actually true for me now? What do I trust? Who am I becoming?

That’s been a big part of my own journey lately — leaning more into my authentic self, trusting what I know within, honoring my purpose, and allowing my work to evolve alongside me.

And that’s also the space I feel called to guide others through.

Less about becoming a “better” version of yourself and more about returning to yourself.
Your truth. Your intuition. Your inner knowing. Your purpose.
Learning to trust yourself again and create a life that actually feels like you.

Along with 1:1 coaching, I’m especially excited to start bringing workshops back — spaces to gather, connect, go deeper, explore, and grow together. More on those very soon. ✨

And something completely unrelated to business? Give me a cozy space, a deep conversation, and nowhere I need to rush off to, and I’m very happy. 🤎 I could probably talk for hours about life, people, relationships, spirituality… basically anything that makes you wonder why are we the way we are? 😂

It feels really good to be stepping more fully into this next chapter — not necessarily as someone new, but as more of who I’ve always been.

I’m excited to be more. To share more. To guide more. And to see where this next season leads. 🤎

If we haven’t connected before (or it’s been a while!), say hi and tell me a little about you. by @e2bcoaching

✨ It’s time for a reintroduction! ✨

Hi!

I’m Ester—so happy to see new faces here and honored to be supporting moms on this journey.

My Story: I’m founder of e2b coaching - I started as a certified NLP Master Life Coach, focused on mindset and transformation. Coaching has been my world for years, but after a deeply life-changing pregnancy, birth & postpartum, I knew my work had to shift.

I saw firsthand how much moms need real, ongoing support, especially in the postpartum season. So, as a mom of four navigating it myself, I created Momease Membership—a texting support space for moms who need guidance, connection, and reassurance that they’re not alone.

A Bit About Me
	•	I love being a mom—it’s my greatest joy and biggest teacher.
	•	I’ve been into self-development since I was 15, working through suicidal teen years and discovering the power of mindset and healing.
	•	Nature is my happy place. If I could, I’d spend all day outside barefoot.
	•	Running is my moving meditation—it keeps me sane.
	•	I love exploring new places and trying new things—I’ll try almost anything once! (Especially food 🤪)
	•	Music is my soul food—and nothing beats impromptu family dance parties in the kitchen.
	•	And dark chocolate? The answer is always yes—just don’t ask me to share. (Jk - or am I?)

My Mission: I’m here to help moms navigate the transition of motherhood—not just with tips and advice, but with real support that makes you feel seen, held, and reminded that you are evolving, and you are not alone.

✨ If you’re a mom in transition, follow me for support, real talk & reminders that you’re doing an amazing job.

✨ Feel free to comment or dm me something about you - I’d love to get to know you 🤗

✨ And get ready—Momease Membership is launching soon! Drop a 💜 if you’re excited! by @e2bcoaching

Motherhood transforms us in ways we never imagined. Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, we are reborn with each birth. 🦋

Every new season of motherhood calls us to grow, adapt, and rediscover who we are. Postpartum is a time to accept, surrender to, and embrace—with love, patience, and grace—for yourself, your baby, and the life you’re creating.

✨ Explore the new version of you. Postpartum recovery isn’t just about physical healing—it’s about emotional and mental transformation. Be curious about your feelings, honor your needs, and give yourself permission to slow down.

✨ Expand your capacity for healing, self-love, rest, and patience. Postpartum is full of challenges—lack of sleep, fluctuating hormones, and adjusting to a new routine. Growth often feels uncomfortable, but it’s also beautiful.

✨ Evolve into the mother and woman you’re becoming. Every sleepless night, every small win, and every moment of surrender is a step in your transformation.

💛 Motherhood doesn’t erase you; it reshapes you. You are not alone, and you don’t have to navigate this journey by yourself. Let’s embrace the rebirth, the messiness, and the beauty of postpartum—together.

Mother’s Day isn’t just about flowers and cards.
It’s a sacred pause to honor the heart work of motherhood.

To every mama—
You love with your whole being, even when you’re running on empty.
You show up in ways no one sees.
You hold so much, feel so much, give so much.

Today, may you feel seen.
May you let yourself receive.
May you remember that even in the smallest moments, your love is changing the world.

Happy Mother’s Day. 💐

With love,

Hot take: The best family moments aren’t planned, they’re felt.

Postpartum (and motherhood in general) can feel like a blur, but connection doesn’t have to be another thing on your to-do list. It’s not about doing more—it’s about being more present in the moments that are already happening. The giggles, the twirls, the quiet glances, the messy, beautiful, everyday magic.

So this weekend, pause. Put the phone down, turn up the music, and dance it out. Take a deep breath, soak in the tiny hands and the warmth of togetherness. Let connection be easy. Let it be simple. Let it be felt.

Because these? These are the moments that last.

Tag a mama who needs this reminder. ❤️

P.S. Fun fact—she actually chose this song to dance to… 🤦🏼‍♀️ That’s what having teenage siblings does! lol

Grief in motherhood comes in so many forms—the loss of each phase, the way our children grow and change before we’re ready, the quiet shifts in our own identity. It’s something I’ve been aware of and working through for a long time, but lately, it’s been showing up even more in deeply personal ways.

Old wounds have resurfaced. Pain I once pushed aside is asking to be seen. And now, with the devastating heartbreak of the Bibas family in Israel, the weight of collective grief feels even heavier. Our hearts are broken. There are no words for this kind of loss.

But grief isn’t just about the biggest, most painful moments. And just because there are unimaginable tragedies in the world doesn’t mean the smaller griefs we carry don’t matter. On the contrary, I believe that when we practice honoring the grief in the everyday moments—the ones that feel “small” but still hurt—it expands our capacity to hold space for the bigger losses, too (may we never have to experience them 🙏🏼).

And here’s what I’ve learned: Honoring grief is not self-pity. It’s not victimhood. It’s not weakness. It’s allowing ourselves to feel because something mattered. And when we let ourselves truly feel—without judgment, without rushing past it—we make space for healing, for presence, for love to follow.

May we never ignore the grief that is asking to be held.

If this resonates, you’re not alone. Let’s hold space together. 🧡

I’ve been called to share more on this. There’s so much pain. And I feel it all.

On Tuesday, I was already feeling grief and loss—about something else entirely. But it was like my soul knew. Like it was preparing me for something heavier. And then the news came about the Bibas babies. And now, with Shiri… it’s unbearable.

As a postpartum mom, holding my baby feels different now. I’ve always cherished it, but now, it carries an even deeper weight.

Horror. Pain. Sorrow. Grief. Anger. Sadness. Gratitude. Blessing. Guilt. Privilege.

I feel all of it. I let it all exist at once, without needing to push any of it away. Because that’s what it means to be human—to hold unbearable grief and deep gratitude in the same breath. To ache and still find love. To cry and still hold hope. And then to wake up the next day and keep going, carrying it all with us.

We get to move on with life, with our babies. And why is that fair? That thought alone breaks me.

But I won’t turn away from these feelings. I will honor them all. Will you?

Hug your Jewish friends - especially the moms 🤗 Say a prayer with me: May every broken heart find comfort. May every soul in pain find peace. May love hold us through the darkness.

Dear mama,
I know the days blur together. I know the to-do list feels endless. I know it’s easy to get caught up in all the things that need to get done. But one day, none of that will matter.

One day, we won’t be needed like this. One day, our arms will feel too light. One day, we’ll ache for just one more moment like this.

So today, let’s pause. Let’s breathe them in. Let’s hold them a little longer. Because this? This is the good stuff.

With love,
Me…and You 🤍

P.S. Today I’m squeezing them a bit tighter 💔 You should too. ❤️‍🩹 by @e2bcoaching

I remember those early days of motherhood—so much love, so much exhaustion, and then… the thoughts. The ones that came out of nowhere. The ones that made me question myself. No one warned me about intrusive thoughts, and for a while, I thought I was the only one.

But here’s what I’ve learned: 𝒚𝒐𝒖’𝒓𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒃𝒓𝒐𝒌𝒆𝒏, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒚𝒐𝒖’𝒓𝒆 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒆. Studies show so many new moms experience these thoughts, yet we’re told to push them away, to ignore them, to fight them. But the more we resist, the stronger they become.

The truth? 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒔 𝒅𝒐𝒏’𝒕 𝒅𝒆𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖. They don’t mean you’re a bad mom. And the key isn’t to fight them—it’s to meet them with grace, awareness, and love. 𝑨𝒄𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒍𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎, 𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒇𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎, 𝒊𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒑𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 𝒑𝒂𝒔𝒔. Just like they did for me.

If this resonates, know that you don’t have to navigate this alone. 💜 Join Momease Membership for the support, reassurance, and guidance every new mom deserves.

The sacrifices no one talks about… but every mother knows.

Motherhood is beautiful, but it’s also a quiet surrender.

✨ You give up sleep.
✨ You give up your body.
✨ You give up your freedom.
✨ You put your dreams on pause.
✨ You put yourself last.

And yet… you’d do it all over again. Because in every sacrifice, there is love. But mama, you deserve to be seen, held, and supported too.

If this post speaks to you, share a slide with someone who needs to understand what motherhood really looks like.

👇 Comment a sacrifice you’ve made as a mother. Let’s remind each other that we’re never alone. 💜

You are worthy. Period. Not because of what you do, how much you give, or how well you juggle it all. You are worthy simply because you are.

Babies don’t question if they deserve love. They don’t hold back their needs, wondering if they’ve earned them. They just know they are worthy of care, love, and nourishment. And so do we—until the world teaches us otherwise.

We’ve been told we need to create our worth—prove it, earn it, work for it. But that was never true. Your worth has always been there. It didn’t disappear—it just got buried under expectations, doubts, and conditioning.

So this Valentine’s Day, go find it. Peel back the layers. Tap into your innate worthiness. Let love in—especially your own.

The love you give so freely to your babies? You deserve that too.

So, mama, how will you show yourself love today? A deep breath, a kind word, a moment just for you? Drop it in the comments. Because you are worthy. Always.

Happy Valentine’s Day 🤍 by @e2bcoaching
