We’ve come a long way, baby!! 😍

We understand the unique & special opportunity to not only help little ones on their healing journey, but to work with them in a way that brings peace, calm and comfort.

Not every baby or child understands our office and doctors are a safe space. Not every baby or child wants to be touched, wants to lay down, or even be an arms-length away from their parent or caregiver.

We meet children where they’re at. Need to be held or even nurse while we work on you? No problem. Want us to get on the floor while you play with toys and ignore us? Let’s do it! Our job is to do our best work WHILE making baby or kiddo comfortable. As we work through any perceived fears or stranger danger, we eventually end up on the other side….

Comfort. Familiarity. Calm. Peace.

B has been coming to see us for a long time. He’s been through many transitions as he has gotten more comfortable with us and our space. Today was the first day he asked to climb on the table and had his whole adjustment, all by himself (minus the paw patrol toys)!

This milestone is heartwarming! We are so grateful to see kids relax in our care. We are humbled to be a part of their healthcare team. And we are honored that you choose our practice to keep your family well. 🙏🏻

I’m a girls’ girl through and through. I think women are extraordinary.

I feel endlessly grateful to witness them in one of their most powerful moments creating form out of the formless, traveling to the stars to birth their babies. And then, to watch their metamorphosis into motherhood… it is humbling, breathtaking, and endlessly inspiring.

And so, earlier this year, I wanted to celebrate all that it means to be a woman…in every stage of life. And on a beautiful April morning, we gathered and did just that.

I wish I could bottle the feeling of seeing babies cradled in their mothers’ arms, grandmothers watching over their grandchildren as they played, women who had never met sitting in circle together like old friends. It’s not often we get to be in spaces that hold women of all ages, all stories, all seasons. But that day, we did.

And it was magic.

Can’t wait to do it again next year! 🌼

A heartfelt thank you to @souls.of.creation for creating the container with reverence and ritual, and to @yoga.mama.birth for capturing the soul of this day and holding this vision alongside me.

At the start of this year, I set out to create a community for the families I’ve served and local mamas in the area.

It’s been so beautiful to witness the group unfolding in such a short time, mothers offering each other support, sharing referrals and tips. And now, many of them got to meet in person.

My heart felt like it could burst having the mamas I’ve had the privilege to witness bringing their babies in the world in one place.

I brought both of my children and having them in the same place as my doula babies felt like a full circle moment. They were the catalyst for the work I do today and the reason I feel called to do this sacred work.

I don’t have words to describe how moving and special it felt. ✨

If you’re local (South Florida) and would love to be part of this community drop a ❤️ in the comments and I’ll send you the link.

& feel free to tag a friend you would like to join you 💕
