So many ppl think of the front breast area when they think of the lungs. In this motion I am spiraling (wrapping) inwards allowing for space to be in the back of the ribcage- thinking about the lungs elongating opening and spreading across my back. Learning how to listen and feel your body. #qigong #metalelement #lunghealth #listentoyourbody #feelyourbody by @earthhorse
Relax, open the Canopy, release the 10,000 vessels. #qigong #breathe #taichi #internalhealing #metalelement by @earthhorse
In this movement, I am focused on rotating around my heart axis. Thinking about the connective tissue in between the ribs and the ligaments and tendons stretching out allowing the ribcage to open and close. I am also thinking about the connective tissue sac that surrounds, protects, and anchors the heart which is called the pericardium. I am breathing gently thinking about filling the chest cavity with silken crimson rays of the 10,000 lights. Thinking about oxygen rich blood and nutrients flowing with ease as you release and relax the Chest cavity cleansing what I no longer need. The hips only can turn so far, shift the weight folding/ loading the Kua. the natural waist is where you have the ability to open further keeping your root grounded. allowing for fast whip like movements if you relax and let the body move with controlled freedom. Know your strike zone, meaning know your circle in the box, never reach In qigong practice I can stretch in tai Ji stay inside your circle. Teaching the group A little Tiger Qi Gong! (Sped up of course)! Couldn’t work out for a month - trying to start again. Very slowly. Watch what antibiotics you are given - some are very bad for tendons and can be quite toxic to your body. I had a bad reaction kicking me out of remission. Some ppl would think “I need a detox” after toxicity - but this puts a lot of stress on a body that’s already stressed out. To help strengthen the body after such an ordeal; I suggest an elemental magnesium liquid/ zinc and copper blend/ Curcumin liquid/ lysine / monolaurin/ B 6,12,folate/ and healthy servings of Omegas and some Astaxanthin. I am trying to help my tendons by supporting the building blocks and chemical helpers for collagen production, tissue repair, and structural health. #qigong #stretching #fasciafitness #tendons #keepmoving by @earthhorse

Showing up is 90% the battle! Don’t worry if you’re better or worse than someone else. Challenge yourself to improve your own health! #taiji #motivation #qigong #stretching #invisibleillness by @earthhorse
In this moment I was only focused on the weight shift and what I felt from the feet up to the hip. I wasn’t getting the waist involved yet. Just feeling and listening. #qigong #taiji #listentoyourbody #breathe #moveyourbody by @earthhorse
