Sometimes the intention finds you. 🌊
Intention setting is part of my yoga practice, but in this class overlooking the Pacific, I couldn’t name mine. Fall has brought a lot of change for me, a season that lays everything bare.
Then, halfway through, it clicked. I’m content. Full of gratitude.
Not every intention needs to be a goal. Sometimes it’s just noticing you already have enough.

9/9 Grateful for another year of life✨
1. Born in St. Paul, raised in Minneapolis. Twin Cities, Minnesota Girl (no I don’t miss the snow)
2. Eldest Daughter—no further explanation 🙃
3. Gymnastics is my first love
4. Tried Volleyball but quit once I realized I wasn’t going to be tall, but still enjoy watching matches.
5. Moved to the Atlanta metro area during high school. Learned to have confidence in rooms where no one knows my name.
6. Took the year off from alcohol & I feel physically & mentally amazing
7. Obsessed with views of the mountains, even better if they are by water
8. The first & only time I tried water skiing I actually did really well (swipe all the way at the end)
9. Took my first yoga class in undergrad & kept the promise I made to myself to get certified to teach. The practice has been life changing.

Barre has been a total game changer in my fitness routine over the last two years — and this hybrid class at Pure Barre Inman Park (right off the Beltline) proved it all over again.

This session blended Pure Barre’s Signature Classic, Empower, and Define methods into one full-body, mobility, strength, and balance workout.

One of my all time favorite low impact workouts.
