A beautiful reminder that the most meaningful moments happen when women come together. 🌸🎾🧘🏽‍♀️

Last weekend’s Bloom & Breathe Mother’s Day experience was filled with movement, connection, wellness, and intentional moments that felt so special from beginning to end 🥰

Members enjoyed a peaceful yoga session led by Evan Ludaway of @easeintoflo a beginner-friendly tennis clinic, elevated brunch bites, curated vendors, luxe goodie bags, and so much more — all designed to create a beautiful day centered around wellness, femininity, and community.

From peaceful moments on the mat to laughter on the tennis courts, the entire experience felt like a celebration of softness, joy, and meaningful connection.

Watching so many incredible women come together — mothers, daughters, friends, and members of our community — was a reminder of what makes the Ladies Athletic Club so special. Intentional experiences. Meaningful relationships. And creating space for women to simply breathe, reset, and pour back into themselves.

To every woman who attended, thank you for making the day so unforgettable. Your energy brought this experience to life. ✨

Bloom & Breathe was absolutely incredible today. 🌸✨

From the beautiful atmosphere and thoughtful details to the meaningful conversations, laughter, and moments shared between so many amazing women, the entire experience felt so special from beginning to end. There was such a calming, joyful energy in the room — the kind of feeling that reminds you how important it is for women to have spaces where they can feel celebrated, connected, and poured into.

Watching mothers, daughters, friends, and members of our community come together to honor Mother’s Day in such an intentional and beautiful way was truly unforgettable. Every detail, every smile, every embrace, and every conversation made today feel magical.

To all of the mothers, thank you for the love, strength, wisdom, and grace you bring into the world every single day. Today was a celebration of you and everything you represent. 🤍
