Baked with shwarma spiced cauliflower + feta cheese, topped with spicy matbucha (by @sababa_foods x @heatonist), drizzled with toum + tahini sauce (by @henhousenyc), finished with a sumac red onion salad.

Get it on Saturdays in October at our Pop Up Focacceria at the Fort Greene Market. 9 AM until sold out.

A few weeks ago, Mia Winston (@dishingdaily) and Gotcha Focaccia’s Meira Bennett (@meiraonthewall), sat down for an invigorating chat about all things focaccia, Italy and community building. Mia’s Substack article dropped last week, beautifully encapsulating the ethos behind Gotcha and Meira’s journey from home baker to @smorgasburg vendor — and beyond.

Thank you for an incredible market day at Fort Greene Park! The October sunshine greeted us as we baked in the kitchen and kept on shining throughout the day 🌞

We increased production and still sold out (but not too early). I'm so proud of our team who have stepped up to meet the volume and very grateful to everyone who came by to break bread with us, including this adorable doggo 🐶 (food on the table is display only).

See you next week:
