Who says summer has to end? Biltmore Plaza brought a little Italian summer to the lobby with freshly made focaccia from @eatgotcha and wine for our residents to enjoy. From savory bites to a glass of wine, it was a delicious evening filled with good food, good company and plenty of summer spirit.

My first pop-up is happening this Saturday!

I’m partnering with @eatgotcha on two limited-edition, Bazaar-inspired focaccias: tomato chutney featuring @eatbezi labneh and @holyshili chili oil, and brown butter corn with Calabrian chili whipped goat cheese.

Find us at Gotcha’s Pop Up Focacceria at Fort Greene Market on September 19 from 9 AM until sold out.

Preorder through the link in my bio to guarantee yours for pickup, or come early to purchase onsite while supplies last.

We’re partnering with Nirupa Konijeti of @bazaar_nyc on two limited-edition focaccia flavors inspired by her supper club menus and the last of summer produce.

🍅 Tomato Chutney Focaccia
Tomato chutney and roasted garlic baked into a tomato-infused focaccia, topped with @eatbezi labneh, @holytshili chili crisp, garlic chips, fried curry leaves and cilantro.

🌽 Brown Butter Corn Focaccia
Brown butter corn and charred scallions baked into focaccia, topped with Calabrian chili whipped goat cheese and roasted shishito peppers.

Available for one day only on September 19 at Gotcha’s Pop-Up Focacceria at Fort Greene Market, Dekalb Ave + S. Portland Ave.

Preorders are open on @eatgotcha’s link in bio, with a limited quantity of both flavors also available onsite.

party portraits perfectly captured by @chrisruetten

the success of an event comes down to the great people who show up, and this crew definitely brought the good vibes 🥂

we’re taking a breather this month to enjoy summer, but thinking about hosting another event in August if there’s enough interest. who’s around and wants to party on the terrace??
