@maxthemeatguy came prepared. Let him cook 🔥💪🏽

There’s a secret ingredient hiding in this marinade… can you guess what it is? 🤓

Looks GOOD. Smells GOOD. Max APPROVED ✅

The secret? BLUE CHEESE 🤤

That’s the secret to that classic buffalo wing flavor! Because what are buffalo wings without blue cheese?

Max and Kyle take jerky bag inspection very seriously

Fun fact: every piece is hands-on attention before it gets bagged up 💪🏽

You know the secret now! Better grab a bag before Sophia eats it all 🤭 taken in Miami, Florida by @eatmaxjerky

From… @maxthemeatguy in a random factory in China (2018), trying to build his jerky dream.

#maxjerky #behindthescenes #behindthebrand #smallbusiness #jerky

To… 5 years later (2023)

Max, Sophia, and Kyle finally bringing that old jerky dream back to life in the US!

First factory visit in the US! We had NO idea what we were getting ourselves into 🫣

First test batch for Max’s favorite flavor Buffalo chicken jerky 💪🏽

Seeing this was kinda crazy… the jerky we used to marinate by hand at home was now in this GIANT tumbler

Testing and experimenting 🤓

One of our VERY first Buffalo Chicken Jerky trials and trust us… there were MANY more trials after

Turns out bringing a dream to life wasn’t exactly easy… but we wouldn’t change it for the world!

A lot of testing. A lot of failures. A LOT of jerky 🥩 😂 taken in Miami, Florida by @eatmaxjerky

THIS is how 10,000 Ibs of Maple Bacon Jerky is made 🥓

Yeah... that’s a LOT of bacon!

#bacon #maxjerky #behindthescenes #smallbusiness #behindthebrand

First things first: Select the best chunks of bacon 👀

Into the tumbler to marinate... @maxthemeatguy said
TOSS’ EM IN! Time to get these babies flavored 💪🏽

And of course, team support! Every great chef needs moral support 😂 Thanks, Kyle.

And now... we let the bacon soak up all that flavor

I mean look at that! NOW we’re talking 🥓😆

Next up, each piece gets hand placed onto a rack.
No bacon chunk left behind!

Next stop: into the smokehouse. This is where things get GOOD 🙌🏽

READY. SET. SMOKEEEE 🔥

The Bacon Jerky is DONE... if only Instagram had a smell button 🤤

LOOK. AT. THAT. BACON. YUM!

Packing time... trying very hard not to eat the inventory 😬

Sealed, packed, and ready to show up at your door 😍

THAT’S how our #1 BEST SELLER is made! 🔥🥓 taken in Miami, Florida by @eatmaxjerky
