How many black women sommeliers do you know? Last weekend I passed my Level 1 exam (with an 84%!!!). My success would not be possible without the support of my family, friends, & mentors. I’m really excited to see where this certification takes me and to taste my way around the world🌍🍷 #Letstalkaboutwine #SamtheSomm #Sommelier #blacksommelier taken in Institute of Culinary Education by @eatsleepstrut

Nothing quite captures the beauty of Abu Simbel like being there in the flesh. The vastness and the intricate details. Shot by: @lisahomsy #abusimbel #aswan #egypt #ramessesii #nefertari #lakenasser #nubian #egyptian #egyptology by @eatsleepstrut

I’m honored and SHOOK that I was able to collaborate with the #CHRISHABANA team to create this BANNER for MEG THEE STALLION. I can’t even fathom how it feels to combine two of my passions (pageants & sewing/fashion) and turn them into a career! Little Sam would be so proud. God is always sending me reminders that I’m on the right path. To say I’m blessed is an understatement. Thank you to Chris, Anthony, & Law for this opportunity! Did I mention I made a banner for Meg Thee Stallion?! 😭

Different skin.
Different concerns.
Different journeys.
Same GLO 💛

Every client you see here came to me with their own unique skin type, concerns, lifestyle, + starting point. Some were dealing with acne, some pigmentation, some sensitivity, dehydration, or simply just felt like their skin wasn't at its peak!
But the goal was the same: healthy, balanced, glowing skin.

Healthy skin doesn't have a one size fits all routine. It's about understanding YOUR skin, creating the right plan, staying consistent, and trusting the process.
I am so grateful to each + every one of my clients who continuously trust me as their esti, friend, therapist or just someone to vent to. You all truly hold a special place in my heart and I can't thank you enough 💗✨🥹

Are you ready to GLO? Let's get your skin where you want it to be ✨
📞 Text/call (848)338-3295 and we will help get you booked 🫧

Very very late birthday dump! My 34TH birthday was so special because I hosted my friends for a wine tasting 🥲 Most traveled far distances to celebrate with me. As I get older, I’m more appreciative of the people who continue to show up and pour into our friendship. I’m blessed to have such amazing humans in my life. Thank you God for another year ❤️🍷 by @eatsleepstrut

Not every friendship survives every season of life.

But the ones that grow with you?
Those are elite.

The ones that push you to show up.
Take care of yourself.
Chase bigger goals.

Running for our health, lifting for our sexy backs, and cooking while solving all of life’s problems.

Grateful for the friends who sharpen us, challenge us, and laugh with us along the way 🤍

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17
