Thank you to everyone who joined us for yesterday’s food demonstration as part of the @limerickfestivalsandevents Linger Food Festival.

Chef Julius took you through our birria tacos, from the slow-cooked beef to the rich consommé, using a blend of dried Mexican chillies, toasted spices and aromatics to build that deep, smoky flavour.

We hope you picked up a few tips along the way and enjoyed seeing how we make one of our signature dishes.
