sound plays a key role in our S’WICH experience.

when approaching the design of our surry hills store, we wanted the space to feel sensory, not just through what you see, smell & taste, but through what you hear & how it makes you feel.

working closely with @studioshand & our in-house sound engineering team, we built the system around a pair of sourced vintage spica tc-50 speakers, driven by a 1970’s pioneer sa-5300 stereo amplifier.

the system is a modern reimagining of the original tc-50 design with the addition of a high-frequency horn to enhance crisp, extended highs, while bringing greater clarity & warmth to the room.

together, they create an immersive listening & dining experience.

for us, sound is another layer of flavour.

we recently had the privilege of visiting meredith dairy, experiencing their goat farm & dairy production firsthand.

as angus explains, “i think a lot of people know meredith dairy as just a great cheese. meredith dairy is not really even about cheese…”

it’s about respect for the land, the way the goats are raised, the people, the process & the care behind every humble cube of goats cheese.

we’re proud to work with like-minded producers who share the same commitment to quality.
