Every day, we have a choice: move toward comfort or stretch beyond what we believe is possible.

Growth begins when we challenge our limits, both physically and mentally.

Thank you, Michael Bernoff, for inviting me to lead the morning stretch and movement experience at Circle of Influence.

It was an honor to share this energy with such an extraordinary group of people.

We are SUPERHUMAN. ✨

Lagree Transitions.

We are in each move averaging around 4 minutes, spending 20 plus seconds to transition may take away from half of your move.

Grace and speed definitely come with time and practice, but the goal is to quickly (and safely) move through the mega to your next move.

This way you can truly receive the full benefits of the 45 minutes you are in class.

Which one are you??

1️⃣An 8 second or less (I’m ready to go) OR

2️⃣20 seconds plus (taking a mini break, just love me 😜)

Also thanks to my beautiful ladies letting me film this one. ❤️‍🔥

Emily proposed to me on our first trip to Costa Rica in 2019. We made a promise to choose each other and fight for our love, our lives together.

Many adventures and years have passed and I felt it was time to bring it home. Both older and wiser 😏, it is my turn to propose to her.

I know it’s not typical for both parties to do this, but I have a feeling we will be proposing to each other over and over again for the rest of our lives. 🤣

I love you so much and I can’t wait to celebrate and oh yeah, continue spending the rest of my life with you!!
