15 minute timer and let’s see where it takes you!

This one was one I randomly picked and didn’t think it’d be a great one to write about BUT once I started typing it took me to an unexpected place. This one got me😪

As always thank you for reading!

Happy Writing🧡

And suddenly my 17 year old angst is back.

Heard this song and felt the urge to write a small snippet of a man in despair.

If you’re looking for a quick creative exercise try it out, I’d love to read your take on it!

Happy writing!

It’s almost time!🫣

I have had the most fun writing this thriller short story (that is nameless at the moment)

The thought of sharing my story for the first time ever sounds terrifying but excited for people to read it!

Every part of this writing process is an area of growth✨✨

I will be sharing more soon!🫶🏽

🙂‍↕️ … yes.

🤣

I’m taking a break from writing my fantasy novel and focusing on short stories for now and it has brought back the fun in writing again!

I am in the early stages of revisions and excited to learn more about the writing process 🤗🤗

Although I often think about my draft I know that I’m just not ready to write it and that’s okay!

I’m happy exploring short stories and different genres 🤭🫣and hoping that when I am ready to go back I will be setting myself up for success! 🫶🏽📝

Who’s almost ready to publish in 2025?🤓

October reads🧡

A little different than my original posts, but wanted to share what I’m reading this month!

So far I’ve read two of these and they did not dissapoint!🤯🔥
(No spoilers) 🤭🧡

💙 A Wrecking of Salt and Fire 💙 by @authoremilyk
The ending came too quickly and I wanted more! First ever pirate book I’ve read and the pov switches between characters was done beautifully! I needed more of Ember and Ajax 😍🔥🔥

🖤One Dark Window🖤 by @rmgillig
This was such a fresh concept when it comes to world building, it was unique and I was hooked! The love between the Elspeth and Ravyn was just so beautiful. It was dark and had you wanting more! really enjoyed the pacing of this book!

Excited to dive into the second book of the Shepherd King series Two Twisted Crowns next!

If you’ve read these let me know what you thought of them or what you’re currently obsessed with!

I’ll need more book recommendations!🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Happy Reading/Writing friends🧡🧡
