Well....
That was bloody incredible! Over 200 of you gorgeous soul came to see my work!
I'm blown away.
Just like the pink pencil - we are weaving into each other, through ups and downs.

You all came and stood by me as I bared my soul.

And massive thanks to @panta_rhei_meditation
For bringing their healing.

How do you regulate yourself?

It's taken me years of struggles to figure this out.

Since leaving education in a secondary setting I can really say that I have learned lots of lots of tools to help me regulate my nervous system and calm myself down and not the breakdown, depression and anxiety that I used to feel.

It's taken a lot of work to get out of some dark places but now I have a list of tools and many of them involve:
creativity
embroidery
coloring in
painting
getting outside
taking photographs in nature
listening to music
dancing

There is nothing quite like sitting in a #forest in silence.

Today I met up with @inky_makes -
We sat
We chatted
We listened
We drank hot vimto
We ate @foxsbiscuits
We both were stunned by the autumnal light and it's beauty
We enjoyed the peace
We watched the squirrels

Connecting in with nature, intentionally making an altar to bring in the energy.

This is where my happiness is

#turnerprize
Today after art class we popped on the train to see the @turnerprizeofficial at
@mimauseful. We had scrum my food at @mimakitchen_cafe

When I was younger, this prize was never accessible to me - a working class gal up North as it was always in London.

How wonderful that we can now attend and experience this! I loved a few of them - and really enjoyed watching the artists videos which gave context.

Well done the North!

Who else loves a hug?

I put a lot of thought into these days, right down to the flowers on the table. I want you to arrive, feel looked after and give yourself permission to spend some proper time on your business.

Looking through these photographs, I love seeing the conversations, the concentration, the laughter and the hugs. So much happens around that table.

My job is to hold that space for you, listen properly and help you work through the things you’ve been trying to figure out on your own.

That includes the practical stuff. What are you selling? Who are you trying to reach? How can you explain what you do so people understand why they need it?

I bring my sales and marketing experience, coaching and photography together to help you answer those questions. There’s time to plan your content, try out photography ideas, pick up tips for using your phone and get comfortable recording yourself, with me there to help.

You can bring the unfinished idea, ask the question you’ve been sitting on and actually get some work done.

I want you to leave knowing what you’re going to do next, with something already started and people you’re glad you met.
