Who else loves a hug?

I put a lot of thought into these days, right down to the flowers on the table. I want you to arrive, feel looked after and give yourself permission to spend some proper time on your business.

Looking through these photographs, I love seeing the conversations, the concentration, the laughter and the hugs. So much happens around that table.

My job is to hold that space for you, listen properly and help you work through the things you’ve been trying to figure out on your own.

That includes the practical stuff. What are you selling? Who are you trying to reach? How can you explain what you do so people understand why they need it?

I bring my sales and marketing experience, coaching and photography together to help you answer those questions. There’s time to plan your content, try out photography ideas, pick up tips for using your phone and get comfortable recording yourself, with me there to help.

You can bring the unfinished idea, ask the question you’ve been sitting on and actually get some work done.

I want you to leave knowing what you’re going to do next, with something already started and people you’re glad you met.

The early bird price for my next Say Yes To Being Seen® Business Reset Retreat remains £199, with only 6 of the 20 spaces remaining. Price rises at the weekend to £299.

Fancy joining me? Send me a message for the booking link. I’d love to welcome you.

If you can’t make February, next Octobers is live on the website already!

Thanks to my lovely pal and fellow photographer Alice for capturing the day!

Yesterday’s retreat reminded me exactly why I LOVE bringing people together.

Yes, I adore the flowers, the little gifts, the gorgeous food, cake and making sure every detail is just right. But it’s what happens around that table that really matters.

Yesterday we explored our WHY. And sometimes that goes so much deeper than business.

Losing a child and realising how precious life is. Surviving cancer and deciding it’s finally time to chase your dreams. Mental or physical health challenges, redundancy, relationship breakdowns, changes at work…

Sometimes life makes us completely rethink what we want and how we want to live.

And behind so many businesses are people who’ve been through things that have changed them forever.

I want my retreats to be somewhere you can bring ALL of that.

I’ll hold the space for you, help you work through what’s holding you back and support you in finding your way forward.

As a qualified coach with mental health training and 20 years of sales, marketing and business experience, I bring plenty of practical knowledge too.

There might be tears. There will almost certainly be hysterical laughter. And there will ALWAYS be cake!

But most importantly, there’ll be time for YOU.

The next Say Yes To Being Seen® Business Reset Retreat is Thursday 11 February 2027 at Redworth Hall.

£199 for the day, with Pay in 3 available where eligible.

Previous clients receive 20% off, and eligible returning Redworth guests can receive 50% off until 11 October.

I’d absolutely love you to join us.

Pay in three available too.

It’s finally up 🥹🎨

Thank you @eccarterart for encouraging my questionable art skills after a few vinos 😂🍷 (sí, I also do Spanish x)

And @fieldandfodderdurham for always backing my random ideas and letting me loose with a paintbrush or hands on this occasion 😂

Can’t believe I actually painted something worthy of the wall

Since joining Emily’s weekly art class, I honestly can’t believe how much fun they are — and even more surprisingly, how much I’ve actually started to improve!

I’ve loved having a couple of hours each week to switch off, get creative, try new things and make pieces I never thought I’d be able to create. These are just a few of my recent makes… and I’m a little bit proud of them!

We’d now LOVE to bring Emily’s weekly art classes to Durham

We’re looking at running a class every Thursday, 10am–12pm during term time, but we need to know there’s enough interest to get it up and running. Full disclosure - at present we probably are not meeting the minimum numbers in order to add this to our weekly events so make sure you book up if this is for you!

You absolutely do not need to be “good at art” — that’s the whole point! Come along, learn as you go, have a laugh and surprise yourself with what you can create.

📍 Durham
🗓 Thursdays during term time
⏰ 10am–12pm

Would you be interested? For details and to book head to mine or Emily’s website.

And tag someone you’d love to come with!
