Healthy Early childhood development (ECD) is critical for sustainable development. Expanded family, community, teacher and government knowledge directly supports establishment of nurturing environments and enhances policy.

In Nigeria and Africa, our efforts foster nurturing care environments and play based early learning to strengthen child development and education outcomes.

ECDI empowers families, communities and governments through ECD education, development of resources and supply of critical materials, tools, resources and collaborating with local networks to ensure every African child can reach their best developmental potential regardless of socioeconomic status, special needs or other barriers.

Please like, engage and follow us for more.

ECDI cohort 3 National Skills Training in Early Childhood Care and Education under the Ogun State Skills Fund.

(Second batch trainees - First Aid and CPR training)

The First Aid and CPR training is crucial for educators, teachers and caregivers in early childhood care and education because it equips them with life-saving skills to respond immediately in case a child experiences cardiac arrest, potentially doubling their chances of survival by providing vital blood circulation until professional medical help arrives; this is especially important as children are more vulnerable to sudden medical emergencies and may not always receive timely medical attention.

Kids will not remember their best day on TV, but they will remember the time you played with them.
Set aside 10 minutes every day for uninterrupted playtime with your child. What game do you play with your child or children? Share in the comments.
