We made it!! One of the biggest flower holidays of the year is behind us, and we’re walking away knowing we spread a whole lot of love and joy. 🌸

Valentine’s Week 2025 was a whirlwind of early mornings, flower runs, and magic in the making. A few things I was reminded of this week as a florist in NYC:

🌸 A personal touch always goes a long way – The little details (a handwritten note, an unexpected bloom) make all the difference in making someone’s day. The connection in the physical handoff—giving flowers to people in real time—is invaluable and beautiful.

🌸 Be open to serendipitous moments – The world can make us rigid sometimes, but when we choose to stay open, we’re more likely to experience incredible connections and those little “Universe moments” that make everything feel aligned.

🌸 Always trust your gut – Sometimes, the flowers I didn’t plan on buying end up being the ones that make the most special arrangements—and the fan favorites!

happy fall equinox. I spent my day just as I wished. I hope you take the time to do the same. In balance with duality. May this season feel warm with intimacy in forms I have not yet even imagined, connection that flourishes to new opportunities, opportunity that rockets me to new levels, contentment that brings deep gratitude, secure simplicity that lets me stay grounded, balance that shows me alignment, love that brings me ease.

Let this season be playful, calm, secure, electric, sexy, clear. I ask that I show myself routine, habit, self-discipline, grace, joy, commitment.

And because of this may I rejoice.
May my heart soften. May I let it all in.
May I loosen my grip. May I anchor into my freedom.
May I continue to move fearlessly with love, power, ease, whimsy, joy & bliss.

quietly celebrated 8 years of @journalingclasses at home in a circle of woman who see me, under a full moon who shines on me. 8 years is a long time. I can’t begin to articulate the extreme beauty I’ve experienced all bc I took an idea, turned it into my passion project then made it into my full time career. I’m really proud of my Virgo heart-centered business. I moved to New York City a while back to chase my dreams and climb some silly ladder I then thought existed. Today I chase nothing except the pursuit of love and joy. Both of which i find actually ends up finding me when i live in alignment. I’ve drafted so many captions to this post around themes of lessons/beliefs I have from the past 8. But for today, I just will say it feels really good to do work i believe in with the intention to genuinely share it with others. Thanks to the boatload of people who have shown up at my things, and been on the journey of it all along the way with me. I’ve evolved so much and it’s been really special to have created something that evolves right along with me in result. I’m so curious and eager for what’s next with @journalingclasses - one thing I know is the season ahead is going to be a whole bunch different and I am looking forward to that. taken in Brooklyn, New York by @echertow
