Had the honor of collaborating with @savoryinstitute to illustrate and design this limited-edition "Save the Grasslands, Save the Planet" 100% organic cotton t-shirt – available in both men's and women's cuts.

Having studied holistic land management years ago, this was a unique opportunity that I was excited to get to work on. The design speaks to the interplay of life in a grassland ecosystem above and below ground, and the diversity therein.

Grasslands cover nearly 1/3 of the Earth’s surface.
Impacting every species on the planet yet degrading due to mismanagement, these vast and fragile landscapes play a critical role in ensuring a healthy future for us all.

Savory’s core methodology, Holistic Management, is a time-tested framework for decision-making and grazing planning that is adaptable to anyone’s unique situation, while their Ecological Outcome Verification protocol provides the feedback to ensure your management is moving in the right direction. In short: how do we manage animals in a way that mimics how ecosystems inherently function with animals being an integral component in a thriving healthy system.

I believe in the work that Savory is doing to make our world a better place. I urge you to check out their work and mission, and to support them in whatever ways you can....such as buying a cool limited edition tee. by @echoes_of_logic

The Crack Up!

This is my submission for the second day of @boringfriends #shittyartchallenge .

The prompt from @retrosupply was "throwback" and I couldn't help but want to do something with chickens and an imaginary old movie poster.
When I was younger I used to always love visiting my older brother and hanging out with his chickens and imagining a whole variety of different storylines that were unfolding. They are wild and playful creatures, that are like weird little tiny dinosaurs. Their hilarious shenanigans always "Cracked me up".

This was my take on a funny film poster. It's up to you to create your own storyline, just like I did when I was a kid. I also like the play on the word throwback, since eggs are not something to be thrown back and forth...

Thanks again @boringfriends for the inspiration to create! And thanks @retrosupply for all the amazing brushes I utilize all the time in my illustration work.
