I had such a great afternoon speaking to the health class at Batesville High School! The students were so interactive, engaged, and attentive, and I truly enjoyed getting to share with them! A big thank you to the school for being so welcoming and making me feel right at home. Miss Heart of Northwest Teen. Wow. What a ride it has been. ❤️

I said when I began this journey at 12 years old that one day I was going to be one of the Natural State girls. Who knew that along the way, I would make history by becoming the very first Miss Heart of Northwest Teen? I am beyond grateful that I got to hold this title and create memories that I will carry with me forever.

Sandon, Allyce, Emily, and Chanan — you guys are truly the best! There are no words that could ever fully display my gratitude for each and every one of you. Your words of encouragement, your guidance, and the way you helped me grow into a confident young lady, especially in the interview room, mean more to me than you will ever know. Through everything, you always encouraged me to continue being Ella, and for that, I am forever grateful. I walked into this year with a goal of making Top 15, and WE DID IT!!! What an incredible feeling to see a goal I had worked so hard for become a reality. ❤️To my three Laurens — you have been with me since I started this journey a few years ago. From wardrobe, perfecting talent, practicing, and helping me confidently speak, you have been there through so many moments. Thank you for believing in me, pushing me, and helping me become the young woman I am today. You are truly the best!

To my diamond, my little Leighton — you are so much more than a pageant sister. You are my best friend, and I am so thankful this journey brought you into my life. I cherish every laugh, every memory, and every moment we have shared. I can’t wait for another year with you and for all the memories we still have ahead of us. 💎

And to my biggest supporters, my family — Mom and Dad, I could never thank you enough. You have stood beside me through every practice, every early morning, every late night, every competition, every happy moment, and every disappointment. October 5th will always hold a very special place in my heart. 💗

What started as one of the hardest and most unexpected days for me—when I tore my meniscus in my knee—became a day that ultimately taught me so much about perseverance, setting goals, and continuing to move forward even when life doesn’t go the way you planned.

That is why I am beyond honored and incredibly grateful to announce that October 5th has officially been proclaimed National DARE TO DRIVE GOAL SETTING DAY in my hometown of Heber Springs! 🎯✨

A very special thank you to the Mayor of Heber Springs for recognizing this day and for taking the time to sign this proclamation. Having my hometown acknowledge something that came from such a significant moment in my life means more to me than I can put into words.

DARE TO DRIVE is about having the courage to set goals, believe in yourself, keep pushing forward, and never let an obstacle convince you that your dreams are no longer possible. Sometimes the moments that change our plans can also change our perspective and give us an even bigger reason to keep going.

For me, October 5th represents resilience. It represents finding purpose in a difficult moment. It represents setting new goals when your original plans change and having the determination to keep chasing your dreams.

I am so thankful to everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, and believed in the message behind DARE TO DRIVE. And I am especially thankful to the Heber Springs community for helping make this day even more meaningful.

I hope October 5th becomes a reminder for everyone—especially young people—that your circumstances do not have to determine your future. Set the goal. Believe in yourself. Keep working. Keep dreaming. And DARE TO DRIVE toward everything you hope to accomplish. 💕🎯
