At Eclipse Instruments we are absolutely delighted to welcome Ashley Marston to the team as an endorsed artist on the Eclipse Soprano Cornet.
A truly nice guy, and fantastic musician.

Not only will Ashley be performing on our instruments, but as with many Eclipse artists he will be involved in ongoing R&D on both the instruments and our new mouthpieces.
We are very much looking forward to working together in the future. by @eclipsetrumpetsuk

We are finally off the mark and have started the manufacture of the first new Eclipse Bb cornets.
Many are already pre ordered, but we will be taking on more orders in 8 weeks time.

Developing the new cornet and the new flugel has taken up a lot of our time for the last 10 months so we only managed to get out to one show, but next year we will be at as many shows as we can manage with all of the new instruments and the Eclipse cornet and flugel mouthpieces.
The new Eclipse Trumpet mouthpieces are being cut on the CNC machines in the next couple of weeks. by @eclipsetrumpetsuk

Behind the scenes we have been working on the re development of the Eclipse flugel.
We particularly were interested in building a model that would suit brass band.
We believe we have done just that and are really excited to put it into full production in mid January.
The new model will come with 2 leadpipes with small or large backbores
The front bend will be in red brass to match the bell.
All new shape bell and front bend.
We have just the development model on the bench here right now but if anyone wants to try it out then you’d be more than welcome to drop by. by @eclipsetrumpetsuk
