this is also the luckiest baby simply because Helen Coffman is her mom. thanks for letting me scream cry in your vicinity for 31 years.

This past weekend I ran my first ever half-marathon. I never stopped moving once in 13.1 miles. A year ago I couldn’t have dreamed of being able to do something like this.

I made a promise to myself in May that I would make changes to my relationship with exercise, namely that I would have one again. If my knees weren’t in so much pain I would still have trouble believing that I actually crossed the finish line, but I did and I couldn’t be happier.

I cannot wait to continue running (once my muscles are back to normal) and I am so excited to keep making these kinds of positive changes for myself. I really want to make the most of this life and live the way I dream of living instead of keeping my dreams at arms length. This is just the start. by @ecoff12
