I can do this.
I'm in Quebec for Marathon PTit Train du Nord.
It's my 26 marathon training in 13 years. IYKYK.
WHAT A JOURNEY. I'm thinking of my family, Nicki, and such good friends at our hometown race today getting on a bus to run 42.2km.
It's probably my final marathon as a Lululemon ambassador in Moncton. I've made connections with the lululemon family over the years that will make it hard to depart in February.
My good friends Sam and Mylene have been the BEST HOSTS. I just want to say thank you for helping me to stay the course from start to finish. Love you guys. Your family rocks!!!!
Today is another chapter with a story worthwhile to tell
Thank you for everyone in many congratulations. Congrats to my awesome good friends, training buds that got the run done.
Much appreciation to you all.

My watch was a bugger today. My hamstring was too tight, I couldn't run well. It was still a great day. by @ecolinmcquade

I feel forever connected to beautiful Prince Edward Island having worked there for so many years. I'm super happy to have been part of this year's run over the Confederation Bridge in support of the Terry Fox foundation.

Feeling good marathon training. Rocking 28km in my lululemon 5 panel hat, Fast & Free shorts and singlet, crew socks and Split-shift shoes.
I'm so impressed with the Split-Shift shoes 🤩

Got out early to beat the heat. 🏃‍♀️🥵

👩‍🦰☀️Today’s forecast includes another heat warning - and being a ginger, I crumple under hot temps and humidity.

Heat aside, today’s highlight included another run with @ecolinmcquade where we continued our catch-up conversation about all things running, training, run clubs, and… reminiscing about our trip last August to participate in the #marathonpourtous at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics.

Part of the process I love is having challenges to work on. Discovering new challenges can only help to make me a better runner.

I ran into Hans at the gym and a memory popped up from one year ago at the time we were both there. :)
Routine creates great memories with friends too.

I love connecting with others. We stopped at Niagara on the lake for some shopping. I get this opportunity as an ambassador to chat with everyone. Thank you for the hospitality. by @ecolinmcquade

Activation drills are undervalued. Think of them like the cars fluids needed to run smoothly.
