Hi, I’m Martina aka @martinaglows ✨ Host of @ecstaticdancewinterthur. As a Holistic Health Coach, Ecstatic Dance DJ, and host of *The Glow Life Podcast*, I’ve been helping ambitious and perfectionist humans release stress, reconnect with themselves, and feel confident in their bodies since 2015.

Music and dance have been part of my life since childhood, since my parents are musicians. I started playing the flute at quite a young age and by 10, I was on my first concert tour with my dad’s Youth Orchestra.

When I was 14, I started my own dance crew with three of my girlfriends, and a few years later, I printed business cards saying I was a choreographer. 😅

During my corporate career, however, I started losing touch with these passions, and, as a result, with myself a bit, too. Years of chasing perfection and being stuck in the work-eat-sleep-repeat cycle in a job that I really loved left me feeling exhausted and disconnected from my soul.

In 2015, I followed my heart, quit my full-time job as a Store Manager, and started living a slower life.

After healing past wounds from bullying and betrayal, and getting my health to a whole new level, I decided to become a certified Holistic Health Coach (IIN, 2017).

Today, I support individuals in creating what I call “The Glow Life”: a life of physical, mental, and emotional health and freedom, where they’re at peace with themselves, and experience unshakable self-worth, and inside out “glow”.

In 2021, I discovered Ecstatic Dance in Bali, and it changed my life. Dancing helped me let go of self-doubt, comparison, and perfectionism, and reconnected me with music again in a very special way.

We store so much stuff in our energetic body, and movement can be so healing and liberating.

In September of 2024, I was trained to be an Ecstatic Dance DJ by the amazing @dion.soulfire, and now host bi-weekly events in Winterthur, holding space for you to release stress, experience freedom, and express yourself authentically.

I’d love for you to join us on the dance floor and rediscover your glow!

Dates & tickets as well as my SoundCloud in bio!

So wunderschön! ♥️🎨
