Wrapping up the week on a Friday with a look at how CHHS connects to the community, including examples of community leaders coming to visit our students directly β€” It's CHHS Real Learning for Real Life!

Thank you to Amanda Jimenez with Pitt County Public Health for overseeing an interactive, critical thinking POD edition emergency preparedness exercise with health education and promotion students. Also, we're grateful for #ECU alums Dominique Smith and Alexis Strickland with Pitt County Department of Social Services who visited a human development and family science class for important discussion and Q&A opportunities about parenting and the role of social workers in child welfare, and serving our community.
