Sometimes you have to push past how you feel. It hurts. It’s hard. But you have a choice, stay where you are or discover what your body and mind can do.

You don’t have to discover your full potential today. Just take one step beyond where you stopped yesterday. Keep showing up, especially when the excitement fades. Give yourself a chance to find out how much more you’ve got.

You have no freakin’ idea how great you could be. You’ve only scratched the surface of what’s in you. 🧠 by @edash79

About a year ago, my wife Addy @addyperales woke up and flipped the switch. Lost 75lbs and kept showing up for herself. I’m crazy proud of her.

Then came the “none of my clothes fit” conversations. So I told her, “I’ll buy the clothes, but you gotta let me pick the fits, you have ZERO SAY.” New pieces coming in, the bigger sizes getting donated. Y’all saw me post about it on here lol.

Body change, mindset change, now the fashion change is happening. She did the work. I’m just having fun with the fashion creative direction.

Love you, Addy. 🖤 by @edash79

Some weekends are just weekends. This one was different.

Family came to town. Friday night, Jordan @imstilljp played his senior game under the lights. The baby in the frame with the blue pacifier is now the one walking onto that field. #21.

His big brother @prayers4justin couldn’t play the game he loved after a brain injury, so every Friday night was a journey our whole family took together.

There were good days and hard ones, but the goal was ALWAYS to learn, have fun, and become a better man.

“LIMITED EDITION” You can’t make more time, you can only decide what to do with it.

“DISAGREEMENT” is temporary, my love for you is permanent,
my sacrifice, unlimited.

Maximize your DASH. ❤️🏈 by @edash79

I’ve never been in a rush to be understood. Sometimes the people closest to the vision are the last to see it, and you learn to keep building without needing them to.

Time has a way of revealing what explanations never could.

I just hope people recognize what was in front of them before they have to look back to appreciate it. by @edash79

Senior year. Last season. One last ride. #21 @jesusworksthrujordan 🐂🏈

This one hits a little different for me.

I started training my oldest son, @prayers4justin, when he was only 4 or 5 years old. I thought I was watching the beginning of his journey in sports, but before it ever really had a chance to start, that journey was cut short by a traumatic brain injury that partially paralyzed him and almost cost him his life.

The last two years have always carried a different weight for me. But now, watching my youngest son, Jordan, take the field for his senior year and final season of football, every practice, every snap, and every Friday night means just a little more.

For me, it’s never been about being a highly rated star athlete, rankings, offers, stats, or attention. Those things are great, but they were never the reason.

It’s about what this game teaches you.

Discipline. Accountability. Preparation. Toughness. Doing your job when nobody is watching. Leaving everything you have on the field. And most importantly, supporting the teammates and brothers standing beside you when you’re in the middle of the battle.

The mindset this final season is simple: focus on the standard, not the scoreboard. Control what you can control. Win your rep. Do your job. Be there for your brothers. And when your opportunity comes, be ready.

21, empty the tank this year. No regrets,TRUST ME you will look back at your football days and your kids will ask. No wondering if you could’ve worked harder or given more. When that final whistle blows, walk away knowing you gave your teammates, your coaches, your family, and this game everything you had.

I know how quickly the opportunity to play this game can be taken away. That’s why I’m going to appreciate every practice, every Friday night, every snap and every moment I get to watch #21 play one final season.

Moving here from the northeast without family wasn’t easy, but we were blessed to find a family through @ihs_bullsfootball and to have an incredible coach, leader and a man of faith in @coachkinard 🙏🏻

The clock is running. Make every rep count. Finish strong. 🤘🏼🐂

HORNS UP. 🤘🏽🐂

BIG game for the @ihs_bullsfootball! 41 points on the board and another W. 🔥

@jesusworksthrujordan found the end zone TWICE with 2 TDs, the O-line put in work, Matty G #8 was a BEAST on the defensive side of the ball. 💪🏽

Great team win. Enjoy the holiday weekend, fellas you earned it.

MONDAY, IT’S BACK TO WORK. 😤

Great weekend with my guy Nate @inkedsupadad 🙏🏼

He came down to Orlando to visit, we ate GOOD, caught up on life, shared a lot of laughs, and today we got to end the weekend exactly how I had prayed we would a few weeks ago, together at church. 🙏🏼❤️.

Big thank you to Pastor @pbuzyan & Pastor @jtjordan116 for taking the time to welcome Nate to our @elevationorlando campus and making him feel right at home. That meant a lot to me.

Pastor @stevenfurtick’s message today HIT HOME. 🎯

Be careful with the echo in the cave.

Sermon notes: Sometimes when you’re in a difficult season, you can surround yourself with voices that simply echo what you already feel, what you already believe, or what you want to hear. But growth doesn’t always come from an echo. Sometimes you need people around you who will challenge you, tell you the truth, and help you see beyond the cave you’re currently standing in.

That one is going to stick with me.

Good food. Good people. Great message. Even better Sunday. 🙏🏼

Love you, Nate. Glad you made the trip down to Orlando. Until next time! 🤝🏼❤️ by @edash79

@jesusworksthrujordan First day of 12th grade. 🎓❤️

It’s crazy how fast the years have gone by. Today marks the beginning of senior year, the first day of the last year of school.

One final year of memories, friendships, football games, milestones, and moments we’ll never get back.

Enjoy every second of it, Jordan. Take it all in and make this last year one to remember.

Class of 2027… the final chapter begins. 🎓🔥❤️ by @edash79

Some moments are bigger than football. ❤️

My wife and our son @jesusworksthrujordan sharing a moment at the @ihs_bullsfootball Mothers & Son Breakfast. 🥞🏈 Watching the bond between them and knowing how quickly these years go by makes photos like this priceless.

Football will eventually end, but these memories will last forever. ❤️🐂

Go Bulls! Horns Up! 🤘🏼 by @edash79

LAST RIDE.

It’s one last opportunity to become the best version of yourself.

Leave no doubt. Leave no excuses. Leave a standard that the next generation has to chase.
