🍽️ FREE SOUP FOR WINTER ✅

When things begin costing too much, you immediately start looking for cost effective options.

This delicious chicken and bacon soup was made entirely from leftovers of a Sunday roast, and food on the day of expiry.

And best of all, I’ve got enough to last me the entire winter 🥶

Today's lunch, courtesy of my 7 year old and @edchefldn .

He has such a passion for food and it's amazing to see his knowledge, skill and palette grow (if expensive to cater to 🫪😬🤣). To see our kids eat so well is honestly so amazing and I love helping improve their knowledge of, and passion for it. I think it's such a gift.

We don't "ban" any foods but we do try to teach them that junk food and sweets and richer foods should only be consumed in moderation.

This is also my approach with clients - I mean, good food is LIFE! I will never ban you from eating your favourite foods. In fact my approach is much more about what you can ADD rather than take away!

So if you're looking to lose weight or just feel a bit more healthy, without giving up everything you love, then get in touch.

I can't guarantee I'll feed you a steak dinner, but I'll definitely help you feel better 😁😊
