🍽️ FREE SOUP FOR WINTER ✅

When things begin costing too much, you immediately start looking for cost effective options.

This delicious chicken and bacon soup was made entirely from leftovers of a Sunday roast, and food on the day of expiry.

And best of all, I’ve got enough to last me the entire winter 🥶

You don’t need to be an expert to know that food wasted is money lost ‼️

Today's lunch, courtesy of my 7 year old and @edchefldn .

He has such a passion for food and it's amazing to see his knowledge, skill and palette grow (if expensive to cater to 🫪😬🤣). To see our kids eat so well is honestly so amazing and I love helping improve their knowledge of, and passion for it. I think it's such a gift.

We don't "ban" any foods but we do try to teach them that junk food and sweets and richer foods should only be consumed in moderation.

This is also my approach with clients - I mean, good food is LIFE! I will never ban you from eating your favourite foods. In fact my approach is much more about what you can ADD rather than take away!

So if you're looking to lose weight or just feel a bit more healthy, without giving up everything you love, then get in touch.

I can't guarantee I'll feed you a steak dinner, but I'll definitely help you feel better 😁😊

And if you need any help brushing up your cooking skills, we highly recommend Ed Chef London (who doesn't just cover London!).

Yesterday's family dinner : sea bream with creamy tarragon and caper sauce, Duchess potatoes & grilled asparagus 😋

Courtesy of our little in-house wannabe Chef in Training, Leo, and tutor @edchefldn

Also with thanks to @ellisandjones fishmongers in Greenwich.

I truly think helping our kids appreciate good food is such a gift, not least in helping them make healthy choices and nourish themselves well once they start fending for themselves, but also in helping them appreciate the world around them 😍

Food forms much of the fun, celebration & love we share with family and friends, even if nothing else comes of these lessons than pure enjoyment and good memories, that's good enough for me.

If you're currently struggling with your relationship with food, I'd love to help you bring back the joy to eating and realise we don't have to starve ourselves of everything we love to stay fit & well.

I have lots of free resources too, including recipe e-books and ideas. Just let me know if you're interested and I'm happy to send over the links.

We also highly recommend Ed Chef London if you need any help with your cooking skills 👨‍🍳 - whether you're 6, or 60!
