Feels good to get another commission over the line!🍊🌴

This one is off to New Orleans, ready to become the family heirloom for generations to come. So many details and designs that resonate with the collector on this piece, really fun to bring it to life - Especially with the reverse pictorials!

I’m very close to completing commissions that were booked in a few years ago, which means the top of the waitlist is about to start…I currently have at least 8 years worth on there, so can’t take in any more for the foreseeable. Thank you 🙌🏼

Miniature sorcerers mirrors!

This is the line up of all 5 mirrors that will be available in the timed release. Starting Monday 31st, you’ll have 72 hours to order one of these (alongside other artworks too)!

I’ve decided to release these miniatures as a timed release so that you all get the chance to own one - The larger sorcerers mirrors sell out within minutes, and these small ones have received a lot of interest.

I won’t be doing many of these in the future as the time/effort involved for such a small original artwork is a lot…so don’t miss out on these.

Introducing the latest Pleasure mirror colour-way in Teal!

This alongside two new colours of the mirrors will be available on the 31st August. Lots of other artworks are going live at the same time too - so don’t miss out.

These originals are acid etched, gilded with 23ct gold and pure palladium, hand painted with enamels and a silk screened tyre. Mounted in a polished aluminium frame. Editions of just 5 in each colourway.

Miniature Sorcerers Mirrors! Available soon 🔮

I’m so happy to announce that these will finally be available to order on the 31st August, as part of my summer drop.

Ever since I made some test miniatures earlier on in the year, you have all been asking when they will be released. There will be 5 designs to choose from and will be sold ONLY as a timed release. Meaning your chance to buy one will have to be within a given time that the release is live.

More original artworks will be available at the end of the month too, so keep a look out for more info on the editions and timed releases 🙌🏼

A QEST Scholar and reverse-glass artist, Eddy combines Victorian sign-writing and gilding techniques with a contemporary aesthetic, bringing historic craft skills into a new context.

✨ Cassie Quinn
Founder of CQ Studio, pioneering regenerative designer and CSM alumni, Cassie combines traditional textile craft with biomaterial research to explore new approaches to fashion, textiles and production.

🪵 Sophie Sellu
Founder of Grain & Knot, Sophie creates sculptural and functional wooden objects from reclaimed and sustainably sourced timber. Her practice celebrates traditional hand tools, material knowledge and the enduring value of making by hand.

🧺 Annemarie O'Sullivan
A QEST Scholar and acclaimed Basketmaker, Annemarie draws on ancient weaving traditions, folklore and the landscape. Working with willow grown and harvested by hand, her practice connects traditional knowledge with contemporary making.

Together, they will explore how traditional skills, new ideas and human creativity can contribute to a more sustainable future.

Some details of my recent piece for @ronniewood!

Handing this over to him on his birthday will be a day I’ll never forget…

Super pleased with how this one turned out. All hand drawn, hand painted, gilded with 23ct gold, poured silver mirror, brilliant cutting, mother of pearl inlays, brush blended enamels, and mica embossed glass + more!

After several weeks away from the studio, I’m now back on the case with getting more commissions over the line.
Currently, I have a waitlist of around 8 years - so I’m not wasting anytime… 🤘🏼🤘🏼

Last session, Session 5: Signs, @eddyartist and @pasqualeartist teamed up to lead a workshop on reverse sign painting, a craft that goes back to the Victorian era. The workshop also covered brilliant cutting, gilding with gold leaf, and silver mirroring. Students experimented with the many techniques and made lots of work, with guidance from their Guest Artists and Workshop Assistants, @steffilaidanegg @will_lynes and @zucchininoodlesandbeef Thank you, all, for joining us from near and far for this unique workshop!
