I decided to do this race last minute with absolutely no expectations, no time goal and no real plan other than to run, have fun and see how I felt.

And honestly I felt so good. It ended up being one of the most fun runs I’ve ever done, my fastest 10km, and paces I genuinely never thought I’d be able to hold for a half marathon.

I don’t usually share much of my running or training, but this day just reminded me how much I genuinely love running. Feeling very excited for whatever comes next 🤍

Just run, have fun & see what happens. by @edenmatterson
