🥳 HAPPY 15 YEARS JAVADOG!! 🥳 I can recall the night I adopted him like it was yesterday - driving an hour south to go “look” at some new puppies and just see what they were like. (riiight ;)) I asked them to hold a female aside and when I got there, he was the only one left. He went from bouncing around the room to jumping on the couch next to me for naps to show how well behaved he was ;) Fast forward a few.. and he’s laying in my lap the entire drive home; me = unprepared to bring him home .. but look how CUTE he is!!! We walked in and he went wild lol - running around like crazy, refusing to sleep, happy as could be to have a new family & home! Despite having set up a nice cozy space for him, he wouldn’t have it. My lap was the only place he’d rest and every single time I attempted to sneak slowly away from where we sat on the kitchen floor, he’d cry (aka howl, wtf!!) and beg me to stay. This memory is oh so clear ❤️! Oh my goodness this doggie and I have hiked thousands of times on every trail and epic Nature setting throughout northern Seattle and the Bay Area, I’ve lived more life with him than anyone really (other than my 20 yr young cat), and given him the very best always as top priority! Ever since I got him at 6.5 weeks he’s been nourished with an entirely raw diet infused with superfoods, medicinal mushrooms, homemade broths, raw bones, & the freshest spring waters we could harvest! I’m so proud of where he is today. Java Bear has blessed my life immensely and was there when I became a mother.. jumping right up onto my bed and into the scene as I birthed my first daughter. 💜 May he live many more vibrant years and feel the love I hold sooo dear in my heart!! Sweet peas in a pod, each with their own set of magical powers this Halloween! 🎃 Both basically flying around helping others, #owlette without the mask, and Uni the unicorn has taken her cute horn hood and wings down ;) Hope everyone had a fun + special time during this unique year! ✨ I spent half the day in the kitchen making pumpkin muffins, choco chip cookies, a bountiful brunch, and 2 homemade pizzas, all of which my love crew happily devoured 🧡🎃 #halloween2020 taken in Marin County by @ediblegoddess

(another) Baby of my dreams, I adore every morsel of this precious soul! Really could have named her joy, she embodies it so fully. We told EJ our fav things about her & agreed that her amazing attitude, fun energy, playfulness, and affectionate nature make us smile the most :) To see her face light up as she discovered all the fun special things coordinated just for her was priceless! She begged for us to keep singing the happy birthday song 🥳 and I continued with even more as we nursed to sleep ❤️ Eternal thanks that she joined our family! #2yearsold by @ediblegoddess

In life: leave whatever situation doesn’t please, and go where you feel in the flow. I create with intention and manifest with a magnitude + synchronicity beyond my belief. Quantum shifts happen; quick, radical changes to my being + environment. A reminder to listen within and to tune out the judgments & projections. If you find your inner world to be incongruent with the version that you desire - take the time to envision, feel the future, decide it’s time, and take real action to make your faithful leap! We have to BE who we want the world to be. All lessons begin at home! We teach our children perceptions, and they grow up to believe them. It’s easier to program a mindset and way of being at a young age than it is to try and unlock a judgment that’s been carried lifelong. Anti-racism starts at home, with our own children. Mulberry, goji extract + wild blueberry powders infuse these blissy balls with all the flavor + nutrition one needs in a wholesome snack! Dipped 🍫 in record time thanks to the wild ones in a stream of endless requests. Circumstances may not be ideal and ya gatta create delish magic anyway. We choose to not impose fear into our children, and tell them things that would scare + concern them. LIFE IS SWEET like lollipops in sooo many ways! Young ones do not need to know the complexities of what is unfolding on our planet right now.
.
We say that our world is going thru a GLOBAL RESET and that life is going to be even more amazing once it’s over.
.
They need to know their world is safe, they are cared for, and can trust in their environment. It’s been easy as we’ve kept them home aside from consistent neighborhood + outdoor play - we go where we need to alone.

Along the same lines, you won’t hear us at playgrounds or anywhere else, yelling “be careful!! You’re gonna fall and get hurt!!”. As parents (all of us) - we tell them what to believe about the world and themselves.
.
My phrase has always been “BE MINDFUL” and they come to learn what that means. Works beautifully and builds confidence and appropriate caution in their capabilities.
.
Our children are our future, and I do not want them to be afraid of it! Sure, they should understand polarity and duality and balance as well as karma and consequences - and even while while teaching these ideas, their innocence can be preserved.
