🥳 HAPPY 15 YEARS JAVADOG!! 🥳 I can recall the night I adopted him like it was yesterday - driving an hour south to go “look” at some new puppies and just see what they were like. (riiight ;)) I asked them to hold a female aside and when I got there, he was the only one left. He went from bouncing around the room to jumping on the couch next to me for naps to show how well behaved he was ;) Fast forward a few.. and he’s laying in my lap the entire drive home; me = unprepared to bring him home .. but look how CUTE he is!!! We walked in and he went wild lol - running around like crazy, refusing to sleep, happy as could be to have a new family & home! Despite having set up a nice cozy space for him, he wouldn’t have it. My lap was the only place he’d rest and every single time I attempted to sneak slowly away from where we sat on the kitchen floor, he’d cry (aka howl, wtf!!) and beg me to stay. This memory is oh so clear ❤️! Oh my goodness this doggie and I have hiked thousands of times on every trail and epic Nature setting throughout northern Seattle and the Bay Area, I’ve lived more life with him than anyone really (other than my 20 yr young cat), and given him the very best always as top priority! Ever since I got him at 6.5 weeks he’s been nourished with an entirely raw diet infused with superfoods, medicinal mushrooms, homemade broths, raw bones, & the freshest spring waters we could harvest! I’m so proud of where he is today. Java Bear has blessed my life immensely and was there when I became a mother.. jumping right up onto my bed and into the scene as I birthed my first daughter. 💜 May he live many more vibrant years and feel the love I hold sooo dear in my heart!! The dog of my lifetime. ✨✨

It’s frothy hot @foursigmatic 🍄 coffee weather in the Bay Area today ☺️ I love the sun and heat but there will be plenty of that soon. Plus, these gray days have been making SIP a bit easier 👌🏼
I mix a packet of @foursigmatic with hot water, some coconut sugar, any non-dairy milk, and some @ediblegoddess Everlasting Youth which has a bunch of herbs in it specifically for women - skin, energy, 🌙 cycle etc. Got it @goodearthnatural and have been having it most days of quarantine as a little morning ritual ✨

Every single day is the best day to boost your immune system...🌱A sprouted green juice per day is one of the most powerful ways that the 5 of us silly peeps like to keep our vibes up, boost our immune systems and stay detoxed. Consuming lots of fresh, raw, organic, green leafy vegetables including loads of baby sprouts, which are full of oxygen, life force & nutrients, in the form of green juice is an easy and powerful natural "medicine" to stay vibrant in this day and age.💚🌈🌱 It's also very important for the immune system to find the tools you resonate with to lower stress daily and keep mental/emotional health raising up the emotional scale. We have created several fun daily rituals to help with this aspect of life. It's amazing how much of a difference it makes for health on all levels, not just physical.
Movement, meditation, prayer, creativity, helping others, reading inspirational books, blogs, feeds, listening to inspiring media, family prayers & rituals, uplifting music, saunas, hot springs, hot tubbing, walking a labyrinth, gardening, hiking, decluttering, learning something new, laughing your *ss off, feeding your soul with what lights you up, making love, smiling often, seeing the good in others, complimenting someone, anonymous random acts of kindness. These all help boost your immune system! 🌺 Share your rituals with others and keep spreading those good vibes around! Happy Friday everyone!🥰

Miss Ella Pearl asked for a chocolate cake with vanilla frosting and strawberries so that’s what I made 🥰 2 tier raw cacao cake with avocado cacao ganache, cashew vanilla buttercream, berries, almond hearts, lavender and pistachio dust. Loaded with organic superfoods and made with extra love. #rawvegan #birthday #unicorn #vegansofmarin #sfvegans #marinvegans #sausalito #millvalley #organic #plantbased #vegansofig #rawvegansofig #superfoods #love #birthdaycake #cacao #chocolate

These 2 sisters are my little buddies that come visit with their mommy @ediblegoddess almost every week for a green juice date & some play. Aren’t they the most precious?? They love playing with our crystals, picking medicine cards, and jumping on the white fuzzy beanbag... it’s a ritual I always look forward to. 💚🌿🌱🌈

This little munchkin (Elysa Jade) is a huge fan of our raw green soups & sprouted green juice and has been drinking them weekly since she was in the womb! She will literally guzzle a whole jar in one sitting! I love that her taste buds and molecules are getting off to such a great, healthy start in life... 🌱💚🌈 #solucky #greenyourspirit #vibeup @ediblegoddess ✌🏼💗

🙏✨Sister Praise for The Emergence Journey✨ 🙏

A gift. A true gift to yourself are the words I can use to describe the Emergence Journey. A deep dive into the sacred life of woman and our lineage by exploring living with the moon cycles and beyond. The physical, emotional and spiritual changes I experienced were profound and the guidance of Lacey Budge made this very unique and special. Lacey is truly a gifted priestess with the amazing ability of bringing to light these remembrances in a very supported group setting. I would recommend this course to anyone who is interested in a deep understanding or yourself and your womanhood in a safe space of sisterhood. I am looking forward to taking this journey again. ~ Christine, 54
