Home sweet home 🤎

Edo has been my favorite Korean restaurant in Connecticut for a while, run by a real Korean family. If you live far from your home country, you know exactly what I mean when I say every visit still feels like home.

Their 갈비탕 (short rib soup) is rich and comforting, the 비빔밥 (mixed rice bowl) is perfectly balanced, and the side dishes alone are worth the trip. The real thing, not a watered-down version.
