Outside there is war.
But inside this body, I can still choose movement over fear,
Dancing through the noise,
holding space for breath,
choosing to listen to my inner child,
staying human…

Be safe 🕊️🫂🤍

Late Throwback
A small snippet from our duet choreography project Term 2 ☯️

Theme: Yin & Yang
Co-choreography and dancing with:
@oksana091 🤍✨

Mentors :
@lanayfahmi
@lisaarowley
✨❤️‍🔥

For us, this project was never only about the final result, but about everything behind it.
The process of creating, exploring, trying different ideas, changing things, questioning, feeling, sometimes debating, and discovering new ways to connect through movement.

We spent so much time searching for the right balance between opposite energies and understanding how two completely different forces can exist together and still create harmony.

Through all of that, we learned so much, not only as dancers and creators, but also through the connection we built during this journey.

The result matter of course…but the real beauty of this project was everything we lived while creating it together 🤍🖤☯️✨

Walking through darkness…
but every step creates its own light.
Even if the future is blurry(dark sometimes)
I trust where my body takes me..
