Gogo Norah’s MOSS clean water tap was installed over a year ago, enabling her to rear goats and grow sweet potatoes to feed her family, and to sell at the local market.

Norah lives at Mganti in rural Eswatini with her son who is looking for work and her 3 young grandchildren (who’s parents are living away for work).

Norah no longer needs to carry a heavy bucket of water long distances from a polluted water hole on head, and her family no longer need to share their water with cattle - and their poo.💩💩💩

The Mganti MOSS Foundation clean water system comprises:
• 2 catchment dams.
• Eight tanks in total, including a 2 tank sand filter station
• 80 standpipe taps for 1,220 people
• 9,500 metres of hand dug trenches.
