Every girl and woman deserves to live fully, freely, without carrying pain that should never have been theirs to bear.

The hurt runs deep…physical scars, quiet grief, lifelong weight. so many carry this alone, and it doesn’t have to be this way.

Every girl has the inherent right to health, safety, and full control of her own body. fgm is a serious human rights violation that causes lifelong physical harm, severe health complications, psychological trauma, and lasting emotional distress. it robs girls of their autonomy, their dignity, and their right to make choices about their own lives.

What an absolute honour!

Myself Faiza, and Hibo were so proud to be at the book launch of our wonderful ambassador & dear friend @rosiejnixon celebrating her sixth book!

Time and time again, we’ve asked Rosie for her presence, her time, and her support…and every single time, she has been there for us, without hesitation. She shows up, she cares deeply, and she stands beside our mission wholeheartedly.

So today it was our absolute pleasure…our joy…to be there for her. To cheer her on, celebrate this huge milestone, and stand beside her as she launches The Pro Method…sharing her incredible PRO Method to help anyone feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or ready for something new.

Rooted in science, kindness, and real experience, this book is such a gift and we couldn’t think of a more deserving, inspiring person to share it with the world.
