How do you take care of your mental health? 💜

Sinead has held the Every Little Thing Festival for the past four years, and Project Salama has been proud to attend for the past three years , particularly the third year, when we became a collaborator.

Over those three years, our relationship has grown beyond our organisations. Through our partnership and friendship, we recognised something that is at the heart of so much of the work we do: trauma, mental health and physical health are deeply interconnected.

Sinead’s heart has always been that no parent should have to go through what she went through, and that support should always be available within the community , with people knowing where they can turn and where they can access help.

She has been instrumental in bringing organisations and people together to support the community, creating a space where conversations about neurodiversity, mental health, trauma and wellbeing can happen openly.

From professional talks and support organisations to music, sound baths and opportunities to simply connect, breathe and take time for yourself, the festival recognises that looking after our mental health can look different for everyone.

This festival is an incredibly special experience held in honour of Sinead’s daughter, Diva Elizabeth Gibson. 💜

It is a beautiful reminder that from profound loss can come a commitment to create connection, raise awareness and ensure that others do not have to navigate difficult journeys alone.

Diva’s legacy continues through every person who is supported, every conversation that is started and every connection that is made. 🦋💜#everylittlethingfestival #mentalhealthmatters #traumainformed #communitysupport #togetherwecanmakeadifference

✨ Life is not meant to be lived alone ✨

Reflecting on the launch of my new book The PRO Method, one thing stands out - the power of community.

We are so much stronger when we‘re together - sharing our stories, reaching out for support, giving our time to listen, a hug, an encouraging word, a supportive post, one connection that could change everything.

That’s what has always been at the heart of Rosie’s Reinvention Retreats and now The PRO Method.

We are not meant to merely survive alone; we are meant to thrive together.

There’s plenty going on in this community - sign ip to a retreat or subscribe in my bio - we’d love to welcome you!

As you may know, I’m a proud ambassador for my amazing friend Hibo Wardere’s charity @educate_not_mutilate which supports Hibo’s work to see an end to the practice of female genital mutilation (FGM). A survivor herself, and author of the book ‘Cut’, Hibo works in schools, with authorities, the police, health service and many organisations, sharing her personal story and educating on this subject.

We have an opportunity for some serious fundraising this weekend as part of Small Charity Week, a week when small charities receive match-funding for public donations. We are running an online fundraiser through @biggiveorg to raise over £7,500 to train 300 doctors and nurses through Hibo’s impactful workshops.

For every £1 the public donates, the People’s Postcode Lottery will donate an additional £1 (until we reach our goal). This makes a huge difference to a small charity.

The fundraiser is live now, until Monday 29th June at 5pm and you can donate here. Linked in stories 👆

And don’t forget - if fashion is your thing, the gorgeous Rosie print from @onjenu is also giving donations to @educate_not_mutilate with £20 from every online purchase of a jumpsuit or dress in this print being donated. Permission to treat yourself granted - this is feel-good fashion at its best and I’m wearing Onjenu jumpsuits in this Reel.

We would all be so grateful for any support you might be able to give at this time. THANK YOU 💜

A Print With Purpose!

I am so excited about the @onjenu X ROSIE Collaboration. Not only because of the beautiful, uplifting colours in this print and the super flattering - on any body shape - jumpsuit style.

But also because £20 from EVERY jumpsuit and dress sold on the @onjenu online shop in the Rosie print will be donated to Fund The Fight Against FGM via the charity @educate_not_mutilate for whom I am a proud Ambassador.

The Rosie Print was created in collaboration with Mena, the founder of @onjenu and I absolutely LOVE it!

@educate_not_mutilate was founded by FGM survivor and my dear, brilliant friend Hibo Wardere. FGM is not only a human rights issue, it is a women’s health issue, with impact that can extend into reproductive health, childbirth experiences, maternal wellbeing, and generations of women’s lives. I proudly support Hibo’s mission to see an end to FGM within our lifetimes - awareness and education is absolutely key to this.

£20 from every jumpsuit and dress sold in the @onjenu online shop in the Rosie print will be donated to @educate_not_mutilate.

As a long-time lover of the ONJENU brand and proud ambassador for Educate Not Mutilate - this uplifting, exclusive print was designed to bring together fashion, purpose, and women’s health advocacy inspired by optimism, strength, and the power of women supporting women.

A print with purpose.
A conversation worth having.
A future worth fighting for.

Go on, please treat yourself. 💗
