Tonight, we’re trading in aprons for tuxes at the official James Beard Awards in Chicago. 🖤🎤✨

Chef Brandon walks the red carpet alongside his wife and our EDWINS family. We are representing not just Cleveland, but a mission rooted in second chances and real change.

To be here among the best in the industry, celebrating culinary excellence and social impact, is an incredible honor. Moments like this remind us: purpose and perseverance belong at the table, too.

📸 Swipe to see the full crew showing up in style.

First stop: Prague 🇨🇿
On Monday, Chef Brandon Chrostowski joined the team at @restaurance_strecha for a special benefit pop-up supporting @koridor_ua 🇺🇦

The evening was about more than what was on the plate. It was an opportunity to connect through a shared love of cooking, support the community, and use the power of hospitality to help those impacted by the war in Ukraine.

A huge thank you to Filip and Chef Max for welcoming Brandon and making this dinner possible. Your hospitality and collaboration made the evening one to remember.

We believe food has the power to bring people together, create opportunity and remind us of our shared humanity. That belief extends far beyond Cleveland. ❤️

Next stop: Ukraine 🇺🇦 with an ambulance full of aid and a mission to deliver it where it’s needed most.

$25,000+ raised for Ukraine. 🇺🇦
Last night, our community came together to stand with the people of Ukraine @edwinscle

Together, we raised more than $25,000, and filled the ambulance that Chef Brandon Chrostowski will be driving to Ukraine with much needed supplies.

Thank you to everyone who came out, donated, shared and helped make this night possible. Seeing so many people come together to help a community thousands of miles away was incredibly meaningful.

A special thank you to @sunflower.gourmet for generously donating the pierogis for the evening and helping make the night even more special.

Our hearts are with the people of Ukraine. We’re grateful to be able to show up, lend a hand and stand with them.

Thank you, Cleveland. 🇺🇦💙💛

There’s a bigger story behind every plate at @edwinscle ✨🍴
For six months, our students learn the ins and outs of the hospitality industry through hands on training in the front and back of house.

But the best part is watching everything that happens along the way. It’s the first day in uniform, the busy services, the new friendships, watching confidence build and graduation day.

❤️ We’re proud of every student who has made this journey and grateful that we get to celebrate the moments along the way.
