some things that are helping me metabolize the rage/sadness:

• sprinting around on my bike
• hanging out with my best b*tch @sobadoge
• calling a man friend who believes rap*sts should be pun ished and expressing my feminine rage
• focusing on running a business that centers women and queer folks
• sending donations to @decrimny @aclu_nationwide @plannedparenthood
• thinking about how I can be more present for my nephews as they get older

“This month @fullcircleharlem, we celebrated two special milestones for the Full Circle community at our Anniversary Social. Our founding studio, @fullcirclebrooklyn turned 5 years old, and the Harlem studio turned 2 years old! We laughed, ate great food, walked down memory lane, and of course, we danced! Thank you to every single person who has walked through our doors, whether only for a few times or for the last few years. We never could have imagined how big our Full Circle community would grow, and that is truly because of you all!

A special thank you to all the businesses who also helped make this event extra special! Our celebration would not have been the same without the great prizes, food, special discounts, and recovery station provided by the local businesses that showed so much love to our Full Circle community! @ofrendayogastudio @theharlemmethod @harlemkettlebellclub @echands4health @juiceryharlem @liquidmotionct @stressknotnyc 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

I hate doing voiceovers! I hate making invites! But y’know what? This anniversary deserves its recognition & celebration! Next Saturday 9/12 we’re celebrating 5 years of @fullcirclebrooklyn and 2 years of @fullcircleharlem. I truly cannot believe what these spaces have turned into and I am so grateful for all the folks that have supported the businesses, every person who has walked through the doors, and for every lesson I’ve learned along the way. My Full Circle babies are by far the most challenging and worthwhile thing I’ve created. Hope to see you at the celebration! by @eeemly
